Oh my Lord!!! I have never come across such an amazing family. I had a bad experience a couple of months back and the owners asked me to come back for a second time, and oh my God was it heavenly. I don't live close so it took me a while to return but I am so glad I finally did. The owners Lenah and Richard, I hope I'm spelling it right, went above and beyond to make my and my baby's day. I got to try their pesto pasta! It is amazing! Highly recommend it. Now onto the main dish. The Tri tip sandwich was phenomenal. First of all the size of the sandwich is huge, and it comes with a side. Owner explained sandwich comes dry, and the way to eat it is to put the bbq sauce and then dunk it in this amazing au jus. I could drink that on its own, so good! The short ribs were delicious as well. They come with bbq and they are so smoky and savory. Should definitely get this if it's your first time. And the pesto pasta, yum! Owner also took the time to speak to me about the chickens and explained that they use thermometers to double check everything is cooked well (they really do have them all around). It's just that it depends on the chicken, some just are redder than others, but they are cooked well, since they double check the exact temperature with the thermometers constantly. She was so amazing and was beyond welcoming. I leave this place with a smile and cannot wait to bring my kiddo next time so she can say hello in person. Truly a jewel of a family and establishment.

"WOW" if you've ever been to a real butcher shop well here it is! The most amazing precise and well put together presentation of meats that you have ever seen. As an art Director, Bob's Country Meats and Deli is the most beautiful butcher shop that I have ever seen! And the quality is outstanding! if you want to feed your family or yourself well, consider going here you'll never buy meats or sandwiches anywhere else!!!! Absolutely blown away by the quality, the customer service and the clean deli shop everything was superb!

Love everything from the customer service to the food! The food is always fresh, including sandwiches! I love there beef ribs. Very meaty with little fat! To me it's like eating steak on a bone. Haven't tried there pork ribs but, I will!

Service was great. Steaks were phenomenal!! I got 3 fillets and 3 ribeye. I also added some chicken breasts. The gentleman behind the counter threw in some pre-made hamburger patties. Let's just say, my son will be going in tomorrow to get more. Highly, highly recommended.

Hands down, best cuts of meat in SCV! We are so happy that Richard reopened this jewel in our valley. Though we live on the other side of town, the drive is worth it. Try their Tritip, Filets, Ribs, Chops and their Firedogs are amazing. Please support this locally owned and operated business.

Scv born and raised but for some reason never made it inside here. Now I know what all the talk is about. Such a cool spot has a bunch of cool sauces and seasonings! The lady working was so nice she was talking with our son and gave him some garlic pasta to eat while we waited for our pastrami sandwich. Food is amazing! Try the garlic pasta! Oh and best pickles I have ever had! Thank you for a great experience we will definitely be back

Yummmmm!!! This place really has it all. We've been coming here for meats and sides for years, but recently we were craving sandwiches and Bob's was on UberEats. We got the largest, most delicious sandwiches. Bob's uses Boars Head products so you always know you're in for a treat. My husband got the hot pastrami and was an extremely happy camper and I made my own with chipotle chicken and chipotle mayo. I highly recommend their sandwiches, raw meats, and sides (the twice baked potatoes...oh my goodness are soooooo good). Obviously my last order was online, but every time we've gone it's been clean and they have had such a variety of meats to choose from. The butchers are incredibly friendly and are very knowledgeable. This place is simply the best!
