Great sushi, but service slow but nice. Would give it 5 stars but prices went up and service could be a little better

This was our first time here. They had one group of customers at one table. So they were not busy. The guy working there told us to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes so we did. When we were seated I told the guy I was pregnant and requested to order some food from the kitchen unfortunately I can't consume raw food while being pregnant. The guy rudely said the kitchen was closed. Only sushi is available and he rudely walked off. So we walked out. A group of young women came in after us. The same guy spoke to them. Minutes later the group of young women who came in after us walked out of the restaurant as well. Horrible experience. Needless to say we never came back. Highly not recommended. Not worth it.

The sushi here is good but the service is slow. Therefore I did not recommend anyone getting all you can eat for 90 min, It takes about an hour for you just to get your first round of food you ordered.

The service was great. We went there for the all you can eat sushi. It was a Friday night at 630 and the place was empty. Not a good first sign. I had some oysters on the half shell that are limited to 2 per person on this menu, and they were barely cold. I'm not sick yet and I'm writing this the morning after. The sushi I got was just average, nothing fantastic. It costs $46 for an adult and $30 for a child 12 or younger. They didn't ask me my kids age and tried to charge me for an adult for him. As we were wrapping up I overheard another table complaining about the quality of their product. Long story short, there are probably better places to go in the area. Again, this was for the AYCE. They have a different a la carte menu that may be better.

This is a good place to eat with really tasty food but I wouldn’t come here twice, the all you can eat is about $45, a bit expensive unless your ready to eat a lot of roll to make up for the price

When we arrived there was absolutely nobody in this place. I could see there were a couple tables that were dirty so I guess not completely dead.
One of their rolls I ordered which was wrapped with soy paper was very dry. In addition, the rice and assorted fish were not fresh. I could tell the rice on that roll was hard and had been cooked then refrigerated. Then the fish. The fish was barely edible. The texture was funky and taste was not fresh. The other rolls were loaded with rice compared to all the other sushi restaurants I’ve been too.
Then service was barely par.

As you enter you are greeted by an open and spacious space. The sushi bar area is nicely decorated and looks well maintained. The entire restaurant is meticulously clean with everything in its place.
Service is attentive and gracious. I ordered the Chicken Karaage Curry and my mom ordered the Salmon Collar. When our food arrived it looked fantastic. The Chicken Karaage looked really crunchy. I ate a piece off the top and it was extremely crunchy, my expectations were high. I dipped a piece of chicken into the curry sauce, but the sauce seemed bland. As I ate it was clear the chicken was incredible, but the curry sauce was broken. There were multiple signs of separation. Some parts were watery and bland, other parts were thicker with stronger flavor. In the picture separation can be seen around the edges of the sauce. Another issue is the rice was room temperature and the grains were starting to tighten and did not mix well with the curry sauce. The disappointing thing is both issues could have easily been fixed before serving. The curry sauce was an easy fix and the rice just had to be warmed. Small things really do make a big difference. I would give the Chicken Karaage alone a 5 out of 5, but with the curry sauce and rice, I would knock that down to a 3.5 out of 5. If everything was freshly made I'm sure it would have been a 5 out of 5.
This is a Sushi Bar and I didn't even try the sushi, so I can't say much about it. However, the prices are very reasonable and definitely worth a try.
Overall the issues were minor. So, this is a place worthy of a shot.

Absolutely horrible food. Bento box - salad tasted old, had watered down dressing on it. Chicken was like a piece of rubber - inedible. I could not even bite through it. Obviously never going there again.

Had amazing and immediate service, sushi bar was empty and nearby parties were quiet, great atmosphere similar to actual sushi bars in Japan. Service was fast, nice, and accommodating. Fish was a great portion and very fresh tasting, large selection for sake / beers from Japan which definitely earns the Bar in the name. Come for a good time!
