I was there for lunch and watched the manager Tim get into a verbal argument after taking a customers beer, called the cops and wanted to make the person pay for the item he took. The guy didnt seem like he was causing any disturbance and it was very unprofessional in my opinion from a business owner myself.

We ordered online 2 meals in advance and went to pick it up thinking we would also be able to sit in the restaurant but the manager said no the place was super empty which was ridiculous on why we couldn’t so we said ok we’ll buy some drinks (beers & cocktails) & a app so we can sit down and they still said no which what? lol so we didn’t order anymore they are literally turning down customers and sales at this place ridiculous wont ever be coming back.🙄

Went on a Sunday evening. It took 10 minutes to get seated. It took 10 minutes to get 3/4 drinks after we ordered. After 30 minutes waiting for our fourth drink and food, which never arrived, I paid for our drinks and left. No plans on coming back ever.

Terrible in every aspect! I’m not one to wish bad things upon anyone but the manager of this BWW needs to be properly trained or demoted! The waitress did what she could to manage the tables she had but this place is under managed under staffed and needs someone who can lead their people and manage a restaurant. Even at the higher level. Hope they get a manage at the higher level that will help and not hide their faults. Disappointed.

If I could I would rate a 0 star if there was an option
They didn’t want my party of 6, but they couldn’t seat a party of 5 behind us. I just believe they are just lazy! Or just don’t like Mexicans people! And very rude!
I’m super bummed out.
Went over there for my birthday and had to leave and also Spent $25 in an uber to go over there. And just left due to service

So I used to go here often and it was nice, but then the wings seemed to shrink with the prices going up and today, I was with friends and we paid separately. My bill was swapped with someone else's and we caught this and they said they switched it back in the system, but my bank statement says I paid for my friend's, which was a good $20 more than my bill. Would not recommend, very disappointed.

This BWW location needs so much more work. Anytime I order a mobile order here they take so long. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40PM it is now 6PM and a few of us are waiting for our food. They need more staff!! In general this place needs a lot more help with cleanliness. I dine in sometimes but I avoid this location.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had here and I used to love coming to this location. Not sure if they changed management but wow. All the chairs and tables in the bar area were on top of tables.
My wings were horrible no meat super over cooked I will attach a picture of my “wings” they were probably as small as the baby carrots they give you. Maybe even smaller. I let them know about this situation. On top of that they gave us all drums and two flats. Also let them know that. Said they were asking a “manager” to see what can be done. Minutes passed and no communication. I approached the waitress again because she would not come check if we needed anything and asked her if she can update me on the situation and she said her “manager can’t do anything about it, but we can place another order for more wings if we wanted too”. Extremely rude by the way, and not once did they come ask if we needed anything else or need more water. I dislike being one to complain nor do I ever leave reviews but something needs to be done about this. Highly unsatisfied with the service at this location. By the way we paid 80$ for those “wings”.

It's not that the service was bad, it was extremely slow. Fully staffed of course. The wings boneless and traditional were ridiculously small. Never again. And I many people complained as we ate. Late refills. Food took too long to come out. Looks like 2 managers on site but no direction.

Worst service, cold food. Walked in at 8:30pm didn't walk out until 11:30pm. Waitress Briana kept forgetting to put in our order. Manager Timothy just kept walking around in circles doing nothing to help his staff. We will not be returning to BWW ever again. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Ordered wings that barely had meat on it. I had a good one bite in each wing with it barely sauced up. I was disappointed in the price that I bought it for.
