Nice nash-bop fusion of “Seoul” food flavor with just the right amount of heat (hottest here isn’t real scary but tastes great). At first I thought the chef was splashing some tennesse whiskey or a bourbon on the finish but pretty sure they just have the a solid gochujang base. In any case the glass noodles and cabbage sides bring together the bento. Good/fast service. Will be checking out that sandwich asap.

The service was horrible, the guy taking orders was on his phone listening to music not caring who was ready to order. He made me and my girlfriend feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. If you're working in the front I definitely would expect great customer service and to feel welcomed. Also maybe if they weren't so distracted on their phone I wouldn't have to run my card twice to purchase another item that they forgot to put In. Overall the food taste good but their service is not it.

went today 1/29 and the person at register seemed upset and annoyed I was ordering. He made me and my partner feel uncomfortable even ordering and being in the store. i won't come back bc of the service , i felt weird being in there. food was good though

I have a sort of hobby of trying as many hot chicken places as I can around LA County and this one has the unfortunate distinction of being the worst hot chicken sandwich I've ever had. There was a flavor, I couldn't tell where it was coming from, maybe the cole slaw? But there was a flavor that was kinda fruity and tart and it just made the whole sandwich taste bad. Just a wrecking-ball of a flavor. Also the chicken piece was way too big and thick. Yes it is possible to be TOO big and thick, no double-entendre intended. Combined with the way they make their slaw it meant that it was a mess to eat and eventually I just left the last four bites because it was just slop by then. Not to mention that it also ruined the crunch of the breading. The chicken was also dry. They also sell other stuff like Korean corn dogs which I didn't try but if you position yourself as a hot chicken place then you better nail that thing.

I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor. I had the 3 chicken strip. The spice was ugly hot.( good heat smokie with a hint of blackening flavor) It was great.

The spice was at a perfect level! The chicken sandwich wasn't too spicy and was very tasty. The chicken was well cooked and at a perfect texture. Definitely recommend and would go again. Service was fantastic!

We've been back several times bc we like the chicken and it's convenient. However we had a similar experience to the first time. The young man working the counter was clearly not happy or just so very bored and just putting in his time. Not a smile or anything. In between the few customers sitting on his phone. Got one word answers. Wasn't sure even paying attention. Ordered three meals. Two chicken strips and korean corn dogs. My daughter is vegetarian and has been for 9 years. We ordered potato and takis. Both mozzarella. Not once did we mention 1/2 and 1/2 meat/mozzarella. Nowhere did those words leave our mouth. What was said was one potato and one taxis. What we got was half and half. When I said something and tried to take it back after one bite he said that's what I thought you said. "Nope. No what we said. She's vegetarian". His response was basically "oh well". Someone who appeared to be manager was right behind him and said nothing. Don't blame the kid. Clearly he's just putting in time and has not been trained properly. If we go again bc our poor mall doesn't have a ton of choices will def raise a fuss and stand up for getting what we ordered.

I may end up changing my rating later on if/when I try something else. Today I ordered the popcorn chicken & I was extremely disappointed. It was basically chicken tenders that were chopped up. I'm not a fan of chicken tenders being passed off as popcorn chicken. The batter on the chicken wasn't coated properly. The flavor was ok. The best part about the popcorn chicken was the crumbs of fried breading inside the container. The sauce that comes with it was too small. For the amount of chicken you get, the sauce should be in a bigger container. And they charge an extra $0.50 for extra sauce. I wasn't super impressed

I ordered a chicken strips meal, got home, and opened the box. The bread that came with the meal had mold on it. The chicken tasted horrible and had no flavor. The fries were soggy and not seasoned well. Will not be back!
