Wow, can’t believe the harassment I experienced from Anna today. Went in to the restaurant today to have dinner when Anna (manager) a very small, petite mid aged Latina. She may have gave me a fake name. approached my husband and I (65 and 74 years old) and was accused of using “fake money”. We are currently moving from Santa Clarita to Temecula and have stopped in several times as it’s on the way out. I have never experienced such humility and discrimination in my life. When I questioned how she was treating me, she continued to say “I never forget a face” not sure what that even means. Two retired guards of the state for 30+ years being accused of such crime is a slap in my face. I will continue to pursue further action of discrimination.

I went yesterday to place a simple order I got the breakfast sandwich combo with a refresher for whatever reason she didn’t understand. She didn’t ask me what flavor as there were many options. I was looking at the menu and she told me to pull forward. She left her microphone on and was just insulting me to her coworker saying I didn’t even know what I wanted and i am not pulling up yet she went on and on. As if I was the dumb one that couldn’t take a simple order. As I pulled up she asked me what I wanted and from the window I don’t know what the sparkler options are now so i asked what flavors she had and she started telling me what kind of sodas she had. She had an attitude. I personally feel like if ur not going to be able to comprehend at least be nice.

There is no reason to come here. A chicken club sandwich combo, regular size, is over $18, and is a small serving. Better to go to a sit down lunch at Monty's, BJ's, Red Robin, or anywhere else where the food doesn't look like it was smashed under someone's armpit (and doesn't taste like it).

Anna and Claudia definitely need to be retrained and just because you’re able to speak English in Spanish doesn’t mean that you can go cursing out of Customer in Spanish thinking that the customer is not gonna understand that is very disrespectful and poorly mannered of you guys. I hope this review gets to corporate as they do need to be aware of what type of employees they have assisting customers I went into the drive-through place my order pulled up to the window. The lady Claudia would not honor the two for $10 deal claiming that it is false advertisement from Carl’s Jr. that she cannot honor the deal, no matter what and that she had a charge full price for each burger when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the person in charge, but that she would call someone else to come speak to me lady Anna came to the window with a very rude and disrespectful attitude told me that I had to leave because they were not gonna honor any deal and that she didn’t care if she got in trouble or not. Proceeded to slam the window and didn’t assist me with my food.
