This particular location was excellent. The employees were so nice and enthusiastic about their service. Emely, I believe her name is, was especially great. The restaurant itself was so clean compared to others I've visited. I highly recommend the location on Via Princessa and Sierra Hwy, in Canyon Country, CA. Great employees and service!

Emily is great, fun person to have around, her and her team are always pleasant and cheerful. They always make sure we have everything. Store is always clean. We are regular customers at this Carl’s Jr., and I want to commend Edith at the drive-thru for her excellent service. My child has autism and likes his burger a certain way. Edith always makes sure our order is just right.
What really stands out is how thoughtful she is. Sometimes, when I pull up, she recognizes me and reviews my order before I even continue. That small gesture means so much to our family.
