The food was terrible. My chicken combo was the worst piece of chicken I ever tried to eat. It was rough and full of grissle. When you pay 17 Dollars for a combination and have to throw most of it away it is sad. The cas hier also had no personality and acted like my order was a bother to get.

I've always liked carls jr. above it's competitors, but I've decided they've all become overpriced loads of garbage. Went through the drive thru, all to be greeted by an entirely automated ordering system. Hello A.I!!! I waited in like for 20 minutes in line to pay, (mind you this was 1am), and the food was just not at all what it used to be. The only good thing I can really report on was the nice guy who took payment and handed over the order. He was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. Everything else sucked.
Wow, great deal on the Famous Star and Western Bacon! was also suggested the 2.99 chicken Star special. The employee Chris had a big smile and was warm and Welcoming. Drink was bubbly and cold, received a straw with perfect amount of ice. Fast food delivered hot and fresh!!
