I brought family members to eat here because I truly thought I found a great Mexican restaurant they would enjoy. The waiter Robert's behavior is trash! He is rude and disrespectful in how he responds to simple requests like, lemon, water or napkins. It is unbelievable that I addressed the issues with the owner and she openly admitted "that is just the way he talks". It's discouraging that an owner can justify the waiters behavior toward a customer, maybe there is something going on with them. I'm sure nicer waiters can be hired to give your customers an amazing experience and keep them coming back! Food is good and all the other waiters are great but Roberto is ill mannered and lack a great deal of customer service.

I originally went across the street to a small shop but they only had beans with lard and directed me across the street to their sister restaurant, Casa Vieja. I got a burrito with whole beans rice and cheese and my friend got the El pastor wet burrito. My burrito was meh. Was it worth $15, not so much. My friend really enjoyed his burrito though. I probably won't go back for a burrito, but I might give the sit down restaurant a chance.
