This is what El Pollo Loco wanted to be when it first opened. Tender moist chicken. Great tortillas and solid sides. It’s a simple storefront in a strip mall. Don’t let it fool you. It’s high quality, simple fare perfectly executed.

Really good grilled chicken, decent portion sizes too. The tortillas are homemade, and it shows, they are delicious. The price is really good considering how much food they give you. I ordered over the phone for pickup, and it was ready right as I got there. Friendly staff as well. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

Fresh and delicious. My go-to spot when I'm back home visiting. Amazing blended salsa, chicken is 🔥🔥 and the fresh tortillas and pintos totally make it. Tri tip is also a worthy contender if you're a beef eater. Worst thing about this place is the parking lot. Super grateful for their hospitality and service every time I eat here. Check it out!

Today, I had yet another miserable experience with DELIVERY from this place. Four out of five times, they forget something in the order. What upset me the most today was that I called the restaurant, to try to fix the problem. Zero experience with customer service, did not want to help, did not want to fix the situation, and insisted that if I wanted a gift card, that I would have to redeem it in the store. It was very obvious that they did not want to own up to their mistake. Bottom line, make sure if you’re going to order from here, don’t deliver unless you’re ready to have items missing. Pick it up in store and CHECK IT.

The food is not great but it is passable, they just don't give a large amount of rice and beans, in that they fail, it makes them look miserable.

Always tasty. Everything on the menu is always fresh and authentic. Service is awesome but sometimes there can be a little wait time. It's worth the wait..
