I've been a customer since 2005, when they were still Fiesta Grill. Food: 5 stars Customer Service: was 5 stars Price: 3 stars For 2 2 item combos I'd spend 20-25 with drinks. Somewhere else I'd get a two item and 2 specialty drinks (melon, boba) for about 12 bucks and the portions are bigger to the point where I still have leftovers for tomorrow, and not in scoops. The only reason I come back once in a while is because their menus are really delicious and tastes homemade. Really reminds me of home. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer today. I know that they're open until 7:30 and I finally had time to grab a bite to eat and splurge a little. There were no signs anywhere stating that they'll be closing at 6. We got there at 5:45, and all the food was already packed away, I was still willing to order even though I know the food will be cold, but the lady said I have to order to go...I felt like she didn't want my business. That got to me so I bought dinner across the street, saved half my money, and still got my halo halo! I'll probably come back if the people that knows me are working their shift, but not anytime soon.
