Honey roasted bbq sauce is the most amazing sauce ever concocted by man kind. Needless to say, it goes pretty well with chicken sandwiches. Yum.

*Update 12/17/25* Can confirm: honey roasted bbq is still the best sauce. Also, this location is squeaky clean and new!

I bought two chicken meals and Mac& chz ,the mac& cheese smells so bad and the taste was off it seems they used an old expired cheese, I spoke with the manager and he gave a phone number to call to get a refund for the mac& chz, I was shocked by his response and attitude. I was frustrated because my daughter took two bites and immediately noticed the weird taste ,I wasn't complaining to get my money back. It's the worst experience I have ever had.I don't recommend this location. Teach your employees to be cautious and professional when dealing with complaints, the manager didn't even apologize for their expired food.

Does Santa Clarita hate kids?! We ONLY came to this location for the playground! We ate here today after the remodel and I must say, what a huge mistake to remove the playground. Now it’s just another bland, sad place to eat in Santa Clarita. We never went for the food, we went for the atmosphere and now it’s sad and lonely. (Please stop asking us if we’re doing ok every 10 minutes). The place was empty BTW 🤭

It's not same few years ago .the chicken taste totally different. May they change the supply? Before it's was better chicken.

Visiting from Washington. First time having Chick-fil-A in California. Interesting that the taste was slightly different, especially the Mac and cheese, and somehow better. Perhaps that's simply a regional supply chain subtlety. No matter because bottom line is we got the fans Chick-fil-A quality and experience we always expect.

It was great but NO PLAYPLACE for the kids. They were sad there was no playground.
