I’ve never once encountered a rude staff member. They’re always so friendly and make sure you’re order is made right

Very rarely I’ll have a mishap with my order and the manager or owner have always made up for it so I appreciate that they are attentive and caring to their customers.

This locations always makes the fries crispy and the sandwiches fly out hot and fresh

We stopped by around 6 PM on a Thursday, and it was very busy! The restaurant is fairly small inside, and the layout made things feel a bit chaotic. After placing our order, we weren’t sure where to go to pick it up. While there were signs for mobile order pickup, nothing clearly directed us to the right spot. There was an area off to the side where people kept approaching staff, but no one seemed to be receiving their food. Eventually, we realized a small counter near the registers was where orders were actually being handed out. It was definitely a bit confusing.

Despite the crowd, our food was ready quickly and everything was hot and fresh.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.

The restrooms were a little messy, but it seemed more like a result of the heavy foot traffic than neglect—they looked generally clean overall.

I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A! The cashier, Ethan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. Despite them being incredibly busy, I got my order in less than 3 min. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was thrilled by the wide variety of sauce options—they even include jams and other unique choices, which was a pleasant surprise! On top of that, they're generous with their freebies, which is such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed the little free library, which adds such a charming and community-focused element. If you're dining with little ones, the cute playground for toddlers is a fantastic bonus. Overall, Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond to create a memorable and delightful experience—highly recommend!

I love Chick-fil-A’s food, but the service I received from Ashley at this location was beyond disappointing. I placed a breakfast order and was overcharged, only to receive extra items I didn’t even ask for. When I called to address the mistake, Ashley told me I would have to drive back with the extra food just to get a refund. She refused to correct the situation over the phone and showed no willingness to make things right.

Not only did she fail to apologize for her employee’s mistake, but she was also extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her manager, she claimed to be the highest authority and said she had no supervisor—which is simply not true. It’s frustrating when a company known for great customer service employs managers who don’t uphold those standards. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and Ashley’s lack of professionalism and problem-solving skills made for a terrible experience.

They have like 10 people working and only 1 person taking orders. Waited 20 minutes just to order. Not a weekend either and around 8pm. No sense of urgency
