Typical chik filayy. Only one in Santa Clarita. They have deceivingly good food, filled with hip customers, and have the same level of an inenout chaos. Come to think of it, chik filayy and inenout share a lot in common. Ok but seriously, I can see how they're successful. The only thing I suggest is to clean that floor because it's sticky like chili's floor. There were like over 10 employees and not one can clean the floor??? C'mon.

Please more careful wen packing the orders i order 2Xs 8 pcs nuggets 2 frys wafles all the sauces dips ,buffalo ,ranch’s, were missing is to far to go back and ask :( all just check my bag there next time, i needed to use the ranch i had and Tapatio ,sure needed the chick f sauces other than that the food was good .

This is the busiest place in SCV next to the In-n-outs . Holy smokes. No matter what time you go, there will be a line, the restaurant placement is so bad it will leave you baffled. The food is the same ol Chick Fil A but the rest of just packed.If you can come here in odd hours I'm sure it isn't a problem but normally it is.

Placed an order at 3:55 pm on feb. 24 at the Valencia town center location, came into the restaurant to pick up my order after the app notified me of its completion, was told my order was in the cubbies it was not so I spoke to an employee, employee grabbed the manager named Elena or Alena, she told my husband that she did not have our order and walked away immediately, I asked multiple employees for her to please speak to us because at that point It had been 20 minutes and we had no food and no update no solution no communication. I asked the very nice cashier if I could please speak to her because at that point we were very confused. He let her know that we wanted to speak to her and she walked away from him to speak to a different customer and then avoided us again, after I spoke to her she lied to our faces and said she didn't speak to us ONCE and had no clue who we were or what we were talking about. her lack of professionalism or assistance it makes me wonder how a place who grounds itself on good values hires a person like her to represent this restaurant. Do better at hiring leadership staff because this has discouraged us from ever visiting this location again. Not to mention we have missing and wrong items.
