Chili's Grill & Bar

I drive over on a Friday night for dinner. It shows open, but instead they are closed for filming. If you had put *CLOSED* on line it would have saved me time, anger, and frustration.. I won't be coming back soon.

Food was horrible. Ordered a steak and the texture felt/looked as if it were ground beef! Fell apart like ground beef as I was cutting it.
Drinks tasted off as well, mostly juice. I ordered three different margaritas.
Service was good, server was really attentive and nice.

Wonderful service. Waitress had patience with a difficult customer at our table. She deserves a medal. Sorry I can't remember her name. She was wonderful. All personnel curtious. Great plac to eat.

Our experience with our server, Valentina, was less than satisfactory. She repeatedly asked if we were ready to order within just two minutes, which made us feel rushed, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. Our appetizer arrived simultaneously with our main courses, preventing us from enjoying it properly. Additionally, my daughter's meal was missing its side of broccoli, which could have been easily rectified if Valentina had checked back with us after taking our order. Unfortunately, we were unable to reorder drinks or address the issue with the meal. To top it off, when it was time to settle the bill, the tabletop payment system was down, so we couldn't use our Chili's rewards or leave an in-store review. Overall, we were disappointed that this visit did not meet the standards we usually expect from Chili's.

I've never really seen Chilis as a great place to go for a night out, always seeing them in the same light as Applebee's. Maybe it's just this location, but our experience here was fantastic. The service team is wonderful, fast, and polite. They have a great $10.99 deal, which got us in the door, but we ended up getting the 3 dipper sampler and the fajitas trio. Both of which were way better than we expected. The dessert was also very tasty. We got the molten chocolate cake, and it came out HOT. Everything tasted fresh, and it was all fairly priced as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Our food was quite good, especially considering that most Chili’s locations we’ve been to have been mediocre at best. My only suggestion would be to monitor the amount of dry rub added to the ribs. While it didn’t stop me from eating, it was overpowering at times. The wait staff was attentive.

I love it so much I go there with my fam8ly and the food is delicious ? my favorite is rips and there chicken.

Kid-friendliness: The activities for kids to do like coloring making T shirts because last time I went you could do that for 1 dollars really fun.

Besides the kid in back of me kicking and shaking my seat ? it was great as always. Had the 3 for me with the cilAntro pesto lime asada....yummmmm! Also had the new drink of the month called the Witch's Brew ? delicious but could use way less ice Nd more drink if you know what I mean. Thanks Chilis ???

Prepare to wait for service at this location. It always seems to be understaffed. The waiter or waitress that we get seems responsive at first but then we always wait around for refills on drinks or to get any additional assistance. Otherwise it seems to be a typical Chili's location.
