Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Unbelievably filthy inside. The management needs to hire more competent people. Does anyone know how to wipe a table? Fill napkin holders?
Arrived to pick up my catering and was told it was going to be another 15 minutes...this made my company lunch start late. When I inquired as to why I was met with attitude and no remorse or understanding for the situation they put me in. The young person talking to me was super rude. No offer to give a discount or anything for their screw up. Don't pick this location for catering
This place keeps getting worse and worse… the crew with a guy names Andrew … a smaller thin female that wears glasses and a heavyset female white were working. It wasn’t busy at all… I’ve gone to chipotle’s where their lunch or dinner rush is 50 customers and they keep the place CLEAN. This location is garbage… I saw the male drop rice from a bowl and he just grabbed it and shoved it back into the rice heat pan… they kept spilling the meats… toppings and kept making food over the mess or picking up the nasty food outside the pans and throwing it back in. After I watched one of them not change out gloves after cleaning something outside the line and then using same gloves to make food and charge and go back .. we left. I used to be a regular at Chipotle. However, after getting food poisoning twice the past couple of years, I decided it wasn't worth damaging my health. The problem is...I loved the taste of the food in the old days. So, I became a rewards member again and received an email for free guac for my birthday. Today, I visited your restaurant. There was only one person in line, so my order was taken fairly quickly just after 5 PM. However, one female employee was doing it all. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with a flour tortilla heated on the side. She had to scrape the bottom of the pans for the white rice, chicken, and sour cream. Why is that, with the dinner crowd on its way? And, my bowl contents tasted like scraped, burned remnants. A third of the dining tables and portions of the floor were filthy with smeared scraps of food, guac, and/or sour cream. Are you telling me that, during the slow gap of time between lunch and dinner, not even one employee was available to spend 15-20 minutes cleaning the area for future customers? Where is the County Health Department on this? When I left, that same female employee was still alone to fill the orders and take payment....only now, 12 folks were in line. I felt so sorry for her (and, those trying to be patient in line). Honestly, I don't understand the Chipotle customer service collapse. The good news is I haven't gotten sick from my meal tonight (well yet, anyway). But, I don't see why I should return. There are too many other options in the fast casual world. Rest in peace, Chipotle. Thanks for the memories.
The place is dirty. It's not busy and the diner is a mess. The kitchen looks super messy

I will never go to this location again ...its the closest to me but I will drive out of my way just to avoid my disappointing experience each time I go there...I was eating there at least 2 times aweek...as a business owner and a manager the problems start at the top.... there are one or two employees that try to do a good job ...the others think its play time ...with nobody to answer to...each time i
I come into the restaurant...first off its filthy nobody to bus or wipe down the tables and trash cans over flowing ...trash andvfood on the floor just gross...but the main problem is the cook line..each time i come in they are out of the food i want in my bowl..no steak no veggies out of rice ..rice under cooked no beans cold beans ...and when you question them you get smart ass responses..or more like dumb Ass ...here is the problem as im waiting on a long line ...you can see the open cook line ..the people there are always doing nothing but talking joking around standing around ..absolutely not supervision ..they cant be making the food to fill the upcoming orders when i asked for the manger to tell her of my experience each time i come in ..i introduced myself and asked her her name...she refused to tell me her name lol ..i to told her how can i report my experience with you to Corporate ..she said they know who I am ....i drive to valencia now never a problem clean fresh fast never out of product....
I’ve tried to eat here 3 times during lunch. They are always out of steak. Chipotle has really gone downhill. Don’t think I’ll ever attempt to eat here again.
Every time I get food from here, the rice is HARD. Feels like I am chewing on pebbles.
Today was no different. They also added just six pieces of lettuce. SIX!!! I counted. TEN pieces of steak and not even 5 little pieces of corn.
The entirety of my bowl was HARD rice and sour cream. I am incredibly disappointed and do NOT recommend to anyone.

I ordered through the app and when I got home I found my daughter’s order of three chicken tacos had no chicken in it. Poor quality. When I try to call the restaurant I have to go through an automated answering response and could not talk to anyone in person. Then was hung up on

I live 1/2 mile from this location. I have been there more than 100 times with family over the years. Today, I went with my son to have lunch. I order the same item every single time - I bowl of just brisket- no rice. This time, I was handed a side "plastic cup" (the one they put sour cream in) with about 2 bites of brisket contained within. Wait for it....... the best part is that the manager charged me $8.43 for this item! I contained myself to the best of my abilities and told the manager "no deal", and we left.
The place was packed full of people, otherwise I would have been far more upset publicly.
My kids go to school in the area, and we all have been regular customers for years (as mentioned). Well, today marks the end of an era.
Thank you, Chipotle Mexican Grill (with an Armenian manager), for forcing me into the better, healthier option for my family.... eating at home.
Your company has had bad press for numerous reasons over the years, which I've ignored. I've now felt the negative personally, and I'm done.
