Ran out of sour cream and pico sauce with 2 hours left before closing. One person working the line from taking order to charging people. This is on management, workers there were good and sim pathetic but management clearly needs improvement

Services was good. My friend got extra chips. I would recommend them for the price-too few chips. Drinks were a hassle. Some flavors were out so all the machine served was water for those selections.The crew was too busy serving food to fix the drink issue.

Poor hygiene. I came in to this location on 1/1 at around 4PM. The server was so sloppy and the counters were not wiped. There was clumps of sauce and toppings all over it. He made my tacos so sloppily that I lost my appetite just looking at it. By the time he got to the check out area, the foil of my tacos were covered in sauce. By the time we got home with our food, the brown paper bag was soaked from the careless way in which he packed my food. The tacos were so soggy and the consistency of meat and toppings were off (way too much sour cream and cheese weighing it all down). We ended up throwing the tacos away. This server could definitely use more training.
This location has forgotten my salad dressing twice in a row now, as well as other extras we ordered (extra tortillas, etc). They also didn’t mark our orders correctly, which is important considering one of us is vegan.

I feel like some of the works don't understand the costumer is right and if I want extra rice that shouldn't be a problem when I will pay for the extra rice if need be I should be able to get more rice I even waited for there to be cooked rice

Chipotle in Valencia was awesome! They have excellent food and they are very busy. We got the chicken burrito with fajitas and chips. Great prices and nice quantity of food.I always ask for extra spicy. Chipotle is one of the only restaurants that really have spicy salsa. Wow, it was great.Look at the photos. The fajitas were well cooked and caramelized.When we got there around 8pm there was a line. The burritos were ready in about 7 minutes. While we were eating. The line grew to over 15 people. It was constant for some time.This Chipotle is very busy and I can understand why.Excellent job! We will be back.
