Chronic Tacos Saugus

I purchased an online burrito from Chronic Taco in Santa Clarita, that included shrimp, sauteed vegetables, queso sauce, cheese, and pico de gallo. When it arrives it was the tiniest burrito. It looked like the skinny bean and cheese burritos that you get at Del Taco for $1.99. I paid $19.99 for my Cronic Taco burrito and I was extremely disappointed. Buyer beware, don't trust the staff to make a Chronic Taco Burrito the same for an online delivery. You will get ripped off!!!!

not only did the food make my boyfriend throw up but also ur street corn is dookie. Probably wouldn't have happened if ur staff wasn't always high off of their ass.

We've ordered Chronic Tacos a number of times. We generally think the food is good but quality control is a bit of an issue. Numerous times the order has been incorrect and/or packaged in kind of a haphazard manner delivering us a mess before we even get to taste it.As a vegetarian, I was disappointed when they dropped their Impossible Meat option. I still wanted to try them though. As we don't live close we relay on delivery services. Unfortunately their menu on the delivery service doesn't display the correct options for some of their items and a couple of times we've been brought food without all the listed ingredients. (aka a burrito that lists beans as one of it's primary ingredients coming without beans.)I got in touch with the store owner or manager about this and he suggested that I contact the corporate office directly to see if they can fix the menu. So we now live in a world where a business owner wants his customers to fix problems for them. As I'm not an employee of the restaurant I'm going to pass on this opportunity to do this work for them.Bummer as I really like their product when it's correct and not a mess.

We have been there 3 times in the past week. The service and the food is that good. I'd much rather support this chain over chipotle. I don't mean to slander anyone but the quality is unmatched. Food is fresh downright delicious. They have a new set of Salsas as well, I highly recommend the Diablo!Regarding some other reviewers unfortunate and negative experiences, they serve the food and make it right in front of you, so I'm unsure how missing toppings is an issue. I'm sure these are Chipotle employees trying to bash another business? This experience was not reflected in either visit with me. I also don't listen to reviews with only a few reviews on their profile. ?The founders are born Southern Californians. Support real LOCALSJOSE and the cook are fantastic! Thank you guys for running this place so great.I'll be back.

Nope!!! My husband and I just ordered their "loaded" fries. They were ok until he pulled a long black piece of hair out of his mouth. Game Over. I couldn't finish my food. They are "off the list".

This location has a friendly vibe. The food was served fresh and tasty. Price is super affordable too. Awesome experience.

I'm here to express not only how awful and unpleasent our visit was but also how much disappointed and resentful my family and I are towards this restaurant now. The time 8:36pm, December 4, 2023, It was my husband's birthday and after coming home from work he was craving a shrimp burrito and we all agreed Chronic Tacos was the place to celebrate at!!!Never did we expected such harsh and unfriendly greeting. We opened door and as we stepped inside heard an employee whose name was Jorge (Jr) say out loud "we are closed".I did not hesitate and reminded him that closing time was 9pm therefore, we still had plenty of time left to eat.After mumbling something he proceeded to take our order.My husband moved forward to pay, as we are waiting same person continued to speak to us in a rude loud tone, asking why my husband and my children, were sitting at a table after he told us we were not going to eat there.I only ignored for a second but soon I became irritated as cashier employee placed chips in bag.I tried to explain to him we did not need them bagged because we were hoping to eat there but Jorge interrupted with his voice sounding irritated assuring we were not going to eat at the restaurant because they wanted to go home, this being now 8:43pm.Although we know our rights and knew we could stay, we decided not to. Just thinking how extremely uncomfortable we would feel while having to listen to this unprofessional employee.My patience came to an end and I became furious after seeing the looks on my husband and my children's face. Not only were the hungry but now they were saddened and dissapointed. It was enough, I thought and asked to please be given a refund as I did not want anything from them anymore after being given such treatment. Unfortunately, Jorge responded with "NO, I will not give you a refund". I turned to the cashier employee and ask him for my receipt who didn't respond with words but by shaking his head as to No. Therefore, I hope you understand my position, as I could not be more dissatisfied, for them not letting us eat at the restaurant also not being granted a refund nor a receipt. Finally, my family and I left feeling humiliated and treated indifferent. We spend $39 and left empty-handed. Actually, my daughter did bring with her a small fountain drink cup. Let's not bypass the 4.1 miles we drove to get there and 4.1 miles we drove to get back home but before stopping at the grocery store to by something to cook for dinner. Thanks for the worst birthday celebration for my husband and the late dinner plate we had after 10:30pm!!

my dad went to work and after work he said that he would want to go to the chronic to eat der and the worker sed my mom and my dad and my sister and me had to leave because he and the urd workers wont to go home 🏠 and it was 8:30 pm the worker was jr den we won't a refun he sad no and we sped 40 dolors so we left and we do not te nuten so we sped more may to get food

Wow on those monster big burritos and delicious too!! They give generous amount of food, they do fast service, and the vibe of the place is nice.

Vegetarian options: Lots of options. Go here instead of subway.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly. lots of space for kids to run around.

Just dont waste your money in this place. Bad service, food is mediocre at best and to top it off portions are tiny. You'll think they are serving caviar not beans. NO FLAVOR. I can see why this place is empty during lunch time. Only a few teenagers eating food from other places seating in the dinning
