Location unfortunately has closed down permanently.
4 out 6 times, they have no coffee. I don't mean they are brewing. They have no coffee in site. A big let down when you are drooling for coffee and a roll and you are told they're out.
Satisfies your appetite and your sweet tooth in one place. Lots of tasty treats here. Uuuummmmmm.good

Came to the Valencia Mall for a while. Saw the Cinnabon and thought hey, a roll and a cup of coffee. The rude girl who doesnt bother to wear their uniform, when asked for coffee just said no. No? You can't make coffee? Nope. Given that coffee and buns are their thing thats ridiculous but fine, give me a cup of water. Gives me a bottle and charges.
Will avoid this store, and probably last visit to this dying mall.

I work at the mall and I understand the meaning of a good costumer service.I went on Monday and I didn't have time to make my morning coffee at home. So by Cinnabon being the only place that has coffee I went to buy coffee not only for me but for my coworkers too. The person in charge this day that supposedly is the manager name Rosa help me. Well when I was graving the creamers for my coffee she went on I said "not too many, that's all I have" I would of understand if she would of told me that in a good way but she was rude and the tone that she used when she said that. I told her that I was graving 4 creamers for each coffee that I bought. She said "no" and I told her if you want I can pay you for those creamers. She said "no because they come with the coffee "in a rude tone again.I being in different Cinnabon locations and this is far from being a busy one and I know why. When customer service is this bad, customers don't want to come backThis Cinnabon has potential right now is the only place with coffe and sweets ;(Starbucks is gone) but with this service they are going to end it up closing too.

The lady work here at the store very rude, I asked her for fresh cynnabons, special for my niece birthday, she say No, I ask her name she answered rude: I dint have to give you, this is very wrong service, to talk or answer customers, anyway she is huge lady with pink hair and pink t shirt, the owners or managers must know she ruin business!She discriminate people and very eval look, so bad attitude unfortunately!I wanna buy 5 box, but after this behavior I changed my mind.

I have given this store a 2 ND chance for good service and this time I had a better experience.The staff named Sady was very friendly and got all my order right. It felt like the management heard our complaints and pushed the reset button to improve the customer service here in SCV.Keep it up!?
Everytime I buy from here they always forget to put something in the bag that I paid for!

Lady with pink hair has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in Santa Clarita. She refused to give service and was bothered to be working. If you are in a bad mood stay home and don't let that energy off with the customer. She talks bad about the customer with her employee who wears glasses. I drove across the city for a sweet craving and was refused a roll.I'm disappointed that service like this is allowed.
Girl working today has ZERO customer service skills. I showed up to order for Valentine's Day. She couldn't get the machine to work. Instead of greeting me at the counter and apologizing, she looked at me... said nothing... and let me keep standing there. Finally after several minutes she said they're closed. According to their web page, they were supposed to be open. I drove a half an hour just to be ignored and given an attitude with zero apology. Management, do better with your training and hiring practices. I won't be back.
Buns still taste great but they looked a bit skimpy this go around
