This ice cream shop has really stepped up! The flavors are delicious and the waffle cones are fresh. Customer service and cleanliness have improved a lot, staff is friendly and the place looks great. Highly recommend!

The mangonada combination is not good!! It was served soupy and the tajin destroyed the subtle mango flavor of the ice cream. Tried to have it exchanged for a plain strawberry but was denied the request! Poor customer service. Won't go back to Valencia Coldstone!!

Stopped by this Cold Stone to get some ice cream. I went with the chocolate ice cream and asked for a small cone but was given a waffle cone. My wife got French vanilla in a kid cone after she saw mine. I felt I overpaid for my ice cream because of the worker and was not happy about it.

Have been there several times and they can never get the whole order correct, the staff seems to be simple and easily confused

The white lady is goated. Absolutely goated. My mom asked for a size small but I wanted a medium. We kept arguing for a solid 10 minutes. I thought my mom got the last laugh and was sad. But when my order came, it was a medium! The white lady with the blonde hair needs a raise, promotion, and needs to be the presidents

Daniel gave above and beyond never in my life have I spelled so appreciated. Not only was I treated with differential respect and dignity, I was showing true appreciation! I recommend this location to anyone that's looking to be treated the same, if only everywhere could be so awesome... But such is life 5 out of five stars I would do 10 out of 10 if possible!
