This store is fun to shop at except when I leave I'm usually leasing 300$ behind. But I got enough food to feed an small army.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews of the employees. I've been shopping at this store since it opened and can say I think they have wonderful employees. I told my husband that if I were to ever work in retail, I'd want to do it at this Costco. I'm a pilot and retail has never really appealed to me, but if I had to, this would be it! Kristina, Gascon and many others always have a ready smile and reflect well on the company.

I had another great experience at Costco! Starting off with Francis who is the nicest employee and is always happy to help everyone and anyone with a super smile on his face! I was directed to member services and greeted by Luis! who helped me to update & reactivate my Costco card, address change etc! He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable; also working very hard with a bright positive smile was one of Costco's Best Supervisor Maria: who takes on her position there like a Champ and she is very professional and then there's Lola ! Professional kind and very hardworking! Okay I want to make a mention of Mr. Anthony B! He is incredible at what he does! He is always happy and willing to go out if his way to see to it that that our shopping experience is the best ever! My wonderful & always ready to work hard .... Laura V! what a great employee checks out with such professionalism! This location is always fully stocked! The store is very clean and well maintained! Thank you to all the Costco employees mentioned here and not mentioned... like all the employees who are working hard "Carry Out Crew!" if it were not for your hard work and brute strength alone some of us would feel the pain and struggles! You guys are always professional respectful and so friendly and I believe all of you should be recognized for being there by seeing to it that we finish off the shopping experience with your help! All of you deserve to be recognized! This overwhelming positive review is because you guys are the best!

Sooooo hard to find parking and when you do, on any given day you have some asshat trying to swoop in and fight you for it. Gas lines are always super long and the pumps suck because for some reason they shut off while you are pumping-- even when you aren't done filling your car. They are ALWAYS super busy, doesn't matter what day or time you go, which means the lines are always stretching out into the aisles. They don't make anything easy for you here. Unlike Sams club they don't have an app you can use to scan and check out, you have to stand in a long assed line with people who don't remember how to respect others personal space. (These are the ones breathing their germs all up on you while you wait.) And if you opt to use self check out, the machine stops you and tells you that you need to put those 10 cases of water, the watermelon and the three giant boxes of king crabs ON the itsy bitsy bagging area or it won't let you proceed. At least Sams trusts you enough to let you scan and place your items into another shopping cart. After standing in the long register line you have to fight your way to the exit where you get to stand in yet ANOTHER long line so the door person can look through all your stuff and scratch things off on your receipt at their own pace and discretion. Whereas Sams scans your receipt and 3-4 of your items and you are good to go. The whole checkout process needs to be overhauled. It's so backwards and I really don't like coming here unless I HAVE to because they don't make things easy for their customers. Brought it up to management and all they say is "i know i know." If they DO know why not DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? I'm not slamming costco, I've been a member for 24 years. Just wish they'd get with the times. They charge a lot of money, they should use it to fix problems and make things better for the consumers. Also adding that the bathrooms at this location are still closed. They do have porta potties available but I can't imagine what that feels and smells like in the 104 degree heat we've been experiencing.

I manage a business and was told I could not use my bosses membership to shop for motor oil because it's non transferable lol he's out of the country so I guess I can't spend my money at Costco. LAAAMMMEEEEE

Member Services: This Costco probably has the worst member services I've experienced and I've been too almost all of socials. Even los Feliz and Burbank which is much busier than this location provides better service than this nearly empty establishment. I called to check stock on a hot item which I double checked in three locations (Alhambra, Los Feliz, Burbank), all saying that Santa Clarita carried the item I was looking for. So in order not to waste my time driving up from Pasadena I called in advance to check the item number. Maybe it's their phones to blame? But the person who picked up the phone kept adding a 6 in front of the stock number like what? And then when she finally repeats the number back she says it doesn't show up(LIAR ). Just tell me you don't know what the heck you are doing lmao. I trusted the other workers from the other locations who showed me the item availability and also stock availability enough to still drive my a** over there and get in touch with someone stocking items as soon as I walked in. Gave them the number and guess what, they found it and showed me where it was. So whoever manages the phone member services line is completely inept that someone on the floor is able to do your job better and faster too. Three stars because the nice employee who helped me out. This location is relatively empty compared to more centralized Costco's. And they carry some of the more rare/hot items that get eaten up pretty quick. If you're wondering what I wanted, it was shoe boxes item number #2322025. Not #6320225 or whatever mumbo jumbo the member services person made up with on the spot.

Unfortunately they have the worst customer service ever. They lost my drivers license at member services and had no remorse nor put any effort into trying to find it. Spoke to multiple people and no one cared to do anything about it. Will not be shopping here ever again just in spite of how poorly I was treated

Costco is taking advantage of customers now, and it's so obvious if you do your homework. They have been pushing beef prices higher and higher every month, I found the 3 pack of organic ground beef $4 less at Aldi, and the carne asada $3 less per lbs at Aldi as well. They are price gouging, and they know it!!! Shame on you Costco!!! This place is anything but a wholesale priced store! Buy your meat elsewhere and save $ for your family!!!

Don't buy fresh flowers at this Costco once you open them they are terrible old and with fungus bud quality don't buy them I was going to take them back but it's not worth the drive very sad quality

came here today to do some grocery shopping for my father who is the main card holder because he is sick and cannot leave home wasn't allowed to purchase anything because my picture wasn't the cardholder and I needed him physically there to be able to purchase anything even tho I'm his daughter so much back and fourth because the main cardholder has to be there haven't been given this issue at other Costcos but for some reason at this location they're always super strict about having the main cardholder there physically no family allowed to use it and keep in mind we have the $120 gold star executive membership they give you a huge issue about it so they can make you just pay more and open more memberships

The Dopest

Oh Costco! Love to hate this place but this location is pretty awesome. The entire food court is outside, and really big! Very nice and helpful people! It's a Costco! I thought some of the merchandising was kind of funny. They had random items together in the middle fridges. I'm sure it's a wholesale place thing. Wear comfy shoes, respect your neighbors, say please and thank you and you should be good. That place is BUSY. Also I didn't see any of the sample people around.

Busy, active, crowded place. Has everything but plan on either early or late hours because parking is busy. The line for the Gas station (costco) is always long and you cannot use your costco app to pump gas.

Why are we even reviewing Costco? People that are members already know the awesomeness of Costco those that are not members should become members. I mean it's a 1 stop shopping experience and the goods sold are typically very high quality. They don't sell garbage. Butcher is really good, bakery is also very good, and who can resist the $4.99 whole chicken? One of my favorite stores to shop at. SCV Costco starting selling Ice again which made me very happy I hope they keep it available.

Very average Costco experience. Was hoping to find some higher end wine selections in the Valencia Costco but it had the same as our Lancaster store.
