Thai tea smoothie is very yummy and cold in my tummy. It is very smooth. There are board games to play and you can draw and hang it on the board so others can see your drawing. :)

What a fantastic spot! I always go here whenever I take the kids across the street to the Hart baseball fields! They have a delicious selection of teas, slushes, ices, smoothies, other food too! I've had the dumplings and they were the perfect bite! I enjoy their boba Thai tea, and taro! I brought my nephew and he ordered the blue hawaiin with star jelly and said it was the best he's ever had. Love the laid back atmosphere here, the lovely staff and good vibes. Always welcome, the workers greet you warmly. They have games you can play, and a stamp card for rewards. I appreciate the diary free options as well!

Love Cozy tea! It's my favorite boba spot in all of SCV! All of the staff are really nice and welcoming. The lady who helped me today was super cheerful and nice. She makes getting boba a sweet and wonderful experience. The drinks always come out in a timely manner. And the place is super clean and comfortable.

I recently stumbled upon Cozy Tea and Juice and felt compelled to share my delightful experience with fellow tea enthusiasts. This hidden gem seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with the warmth of a traditional tea house. The service was very friendly and quick as I got my strawberry boba slushie in only a few minutes after ordering. Absolutely delicious and a must if you're in the area!
They have the super soft yet chewy boba that's rare to find. I love this place don't get me wrong but my only complaint is that they're too syrup dependent. Hardly any menu items don't use syrup. One time I ordered something for my toddler that according to the menu only had natural fruit but when we got it it was very suspiciously pink. Tried it, and sure enough that thing was puure syrup. To be fair, I was asking a lot of questions to this obviously new person and I made it known that I wanted it a LITTLE sweet and we agreed to sweeten it using some vanilla ice cream. I think in the end I confused her a bit and she thought that it wouldn't be sweet enough for my 2 1/2 y/o and decided to add some syrup. Needless to say, it ended up getting tossed. I called, made it known, and they were gracious enough to gift me a free drink on my next visit.I've been a regular patron here for the better part of 4 years, filled out countless loyalty cards, and that's the only issue I've ever had with them. I really do love this place it's my go to summer time spot thanks to their icee milks. Their food is amazing too I highly recommend the green onion pancakes they are entirely addicting! And the people there are the nicest! I just wish they offered more stuff that was real and chilled out on the syrup.

Nice mom & pop ambience, drinks are solid and service is so nice. I heard cashier take a phone order and it was super quick and efficient. Drinks come out very fast. Thai tea with boba - tea taste is there, I would've liked it to be more tea taste but still good. Boba is flavored well but texture less chewy than I prefer. Cup is quite wide and particular, but still fit into the cup holder of my car so no complaints Brown sugar milk tea, 50% sugar - fine, boba was a little tough. Could taste the brown sugar, more sweetener than tea flavor. Regular milk tea - good, not too sweet and could taste the tea. My friend enjoyed his drink Overall definitely would come back if I'm in the area, solid drinks and love supporting local. Parking can get impossible especially when the strip here is busy, but service is so fast it barely matters.
