This was our first time trying Crab N Spice, and wow, what an experience! We ordered the All-You-Can-Eat Crab (2 orders), and while the food did take a little longer to arrive than expected, it was well worth the wait.
Everything was incredibly flavorful—the crab was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and each bite had us wanting more. You can tell they put a lot of care into the preparation. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the staff were friendly and accommodating despite the busy day.
We’ve officially found our new go-to spot for amazing seafood! Can’t wait to come back and indulge again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious crab feast!

Upon arrival at 5:35 PM I was told that all you can eat is not possible today. First of all, I wanted to accept it, but I noticed that it was a trick to get more money from the customer. I insisted that this was not communicated anywhere and that I arrived on time. “I'll ask the manager.”
I ordered immediately and I only received my first orders at 6:20 PM. All this to order as little as possible in the 90 minute time limit.
Once we received food, and don't get me wrong, I eat at this company somewhere in America every three days, but damn, what dirty and old products we received.
Corn was cold and wet. Potatoes were cold inside. Eggs were stone cold even when they were in the bag of food. We didn't get any shrimps and that is a sign that they are old, but the worst were the lobsters. These had been frozen several times because the inside was discolored and even in garlic sauce and they still smell.
When I indicated that I would like to leave a review later, the waitress changed her attitude.
Once but never again and honestly I didn't understand the negative reviews online until I sat there myself!
You should be ashamed of yourself for charging so much for old and dirty food! And believe me I am a regular customer of your company but never again at your location!

With my family for my birthday. The food was good. However, they only played Spanish music at a very uncomfortable volume. It felt like we were in a salsa dance club and wasn't able to easily talk with my family while we ate. It was our first time there, and most likely will be our last. It's not a very family-friendly atmosphere.

Haven't been here in awhile. This place used to be awesome, service is still great but apparently, the new owners are cheap. Rice sucks (jail quality), the $6 sausage is smaller than a hotdog. They don't even provide wet towels now, "Crazy". Yet the prices have gone up. ? Bring back the old owners...

Went here for the first time tonight for dinner. I was excited and no one came to our table to even ask if we wanted water or anything. Made eye contact and watched 4 watresses walk around several times. We waiting 15 minutes and left. Terrible service!

I ordered the captains choice with an extra 1/2lb of crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and quail eggs with extra sauce on the side.
When I got home from picking it up I noticed that not only was my order wrong but it had no potatoes or corn or quail eggs and the sauce was wrong. I’m very disappointed in my order that I received because I spent almost $90 on this order. Honestly I would just like a refund on what I didn’t receive.

The way the food was served in a bag and no way to eat it , if I was by myself and not with a female friend , I would have opened up the bag and let it flow all over the table and floor. According to the staff, that's what you do !

We were in the area so we wanted to try it. My husband and I would not come back again. Our only bad experience was the food and the fact that they brought our bag of shrimp but didn’t bring my daughters kids meal and didn’t even bring us lemons along with the shrimp. Shrimp was tasteless and we ordered the crab n spice flavor. The shrimp also tasted like it had been boiled in dirty water I wanted to throw up! Cajun fries were tasteless as well and seemed like it was just drowned in paprika and had no flavor at all. My husband and I now have really bad stomach pains since eating here today.
