I love Crazy Otto's in Lancaster. However, the one in Santa Clarita isn't so good. The breakfast burrito i got was disappointing. I asked for a veggie breakfast burrito and the only veggie was potato.

PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL. We came 12-31-24 and they only had TWO servers where they needed 4 on this obvious holiday before New Years. We sat down, no one spoke to us for 20 minutes until we finally flagged someone down; finally ordered and it took 44 minutes to get the food. Coffee cups not refilled, so we had to ask EACH TIME although we all had empty cups. Male server is rude; not smart; The young female server is actuallly very nice, but she was overwhelmed. This place used to be owned by Jin (who owns other Crazy Ottos) but the new owners at Santa Clarita do not know what they are doing; the young female helper / hostess was RUDE, playing on her cell phone most of the time, never and not paying attention. Also saw her touching money then touching clean utenisles, wow this must be a health code violation. Friends told us not to come here anymore as it ws going downhill and we should have listened. None of us are ever coming again. Read the ONE STAR reviews.
I have been going to Crazy Otto's for a long time, service is ok. Today I went and it was horrible. It took me 10 minutes just to get a drink, another half hour to order. Than 45 minutes to get my food. I don't have that kind of time to wait. I hav never waited that long there. I have been there when it has been packed and can't find a seat, yet got better service than today. I asked and was told it's busy, no excuse. I asked for a refill of my drink when I got my food, never got it. I don't have time for this and now you have just lost a long time customer.

Went in for breakfast with my wife, we added our name to the list and waited approximately 10 minutes, all good, we were seated and the waitress took our order and after literally 50 minutes I talked with the host about how long we have been waiting and all she said was they are extremely busy. Went back to my seat my wife asked what was there response and I told her so she went up to ask our waitress and explained to her that we have been waiting for over an hour and where was our food that what should we do and the waitress responded you can go ahead and go, than she said our food was coming up. So food was brought out to us a little over an hour, most customers were waiting I would say well over 40 minutes. First and probably last time, food was alright nothing special but huge portions , massive size pancakes, other than that it your call , and a bit pricey..

Food was a bit undercooked, especially the browns and pancakes. I understand it was busy, yet would totally have waited longer for cooked to brown on all of it.
I have been to Otto’s since the Lancaster days. Been to Acton several times. Also the one on Tourney. First time in CC.
Always been a fan.

Idk if it was just the day or what but honestly so terrible. The food was not very good for the price. The ladies working weren’t very nice, either.

Last Sunday, 5 people from my family went to breakfast, we all ordered at the same time, they brought the food in two parts, the first dishes in 45 minutes and the others took another 45 additional minutes, when they brought the food, the egg was already there. It was cold. We had ordered some sandwiches and the waitress told my daughter that they canceled them because they had not made them without first asking her if she still wanted them or not. I do not recommend this place for swimming

The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and the waitress was very attentive and professional. The food was incredible. Very reasonable price for a great serving of breakfast. I'll be back there again soon. My only advice would be to bring your appetite. They're ready to thrill you and fill you.

I don't think they have any salt in this restaurant. It was plain as plain can be.
Some of the blandest food I've ever had.
They didn't include plastic wear in the order. Super annoying.
We had 4 orders. All juat so so. Disappointed.
