Stopped by @ 10:20 am Friday morning to get some Blizzards .... posted hours said it would be open @ 10 am .... No one was there and it was closed. Disappointed.

Not a DQ Rewards participant!! Extremely disappointed in the value. Over $8 for a 16 oz Blizzard that wasn't full of ice cream and came with very little add-ins (only was in about the top 2/3 of the cup and was very sparse). Took them 30 seconds to make it. Total ripoff.

I love dairy queen and will choose their ice cream above all others. Unfortunately, this location is the WORST. $8 for a large cone with hardly any sprinkles, their ice cream cakes are poorly made with almost no chocolate filling(s), and next to no icing. I have come here several times because it's the closest location near me, but after my last experience, I will NEVER BE BACK! The owner served us rancid/spoiled/sour ice cream!! The machine kept exploding while she was trying to make our blizzards and something seemed off because the owner wouldn't let the other employee help us. On our way home we realized the ice cream was bad and when we turned around to return, the doors were locked and they were closed. Total shame that this one location is so POORLY RUN!

This local DQ has been our go to place for soft serve dipped cones. We have also had a few select blizzards and always find it funny when they hand them to us upsized down. This location is always clean and the staff is welcoming. We average a visit a month, sometimes more during the summer. The parking is usually good however it is a busy shopping center. Bryce is extremely helpful and courteous. He always greets us and takes his time while preparing our order. Not to mention he wears a great baseball hat.
Ok I'm not from here so this is the first time at this Dairy Queen. I have gone to many other locations and without a doubt have never paid $9.71 for a small dipped cone and a small cone with sprinkles. Prices at this location are high.

Bought 2 extra large Reeses Blizzards and paid extra to have extra topping in both. $24.00 later, I have 2 large cups of vanilla ice cream.

Stopped in after the game in Santa Clarita and wanted something cold. Crowded parking lot. Store is small with not much seating. Bathroom was close with sign "out of order" The prices are through the roof!!! Ordered three items and the bill was over $21. Last time I'll stop there.

I ordered a blizzard cake for a graduation. They didn't follow what they said they'd write on it, then they pushed back the pick up time. I could get over that but then when I cut the cake it was straight vanilla not blizzard like I paid for. The vanilla is always the worst part of the cake and it's literally all the cake was. I've tried to contact them for a refund and the manager is oddly not in every single day. I paid almost $60 for a gross vanilla ice cream cake that didn't even have the right personalization on it. Horrible experience

I came in tonight (3.8.22) and the young man working was fantastic! I don’t know his name but he was the only one working around 7:30pm. He was super busy and I admired his happy attitude and his fast pace. He was cranking them blizzards out. Amazing customer service by this young man. I hope DQ appreciates him and his amazing work ethic! ⭐️
