HI

Been here twice, both times they skipped out on the actual ingredients. The first time was a Julius that had no flavor. The second time was a blizzard with barely any mix-ins. For the price definitely not worth

The prices are ridiculous, considering this is just a regular old fast food dairy queen. If you're hoping to pay gourmet prices for fast food quality, then this might be the place for you.

Nope! Don't bother coming here. Our smoothies were very watered down and pretty tastless. More ice than anything else. The employees were nice enough, and the service was fast, but never again for me. Such a disappointment!

Too long of a wait for the Nasty cheesecake drink I bought. It was a small and I was charged I think 8 bucks ?? or close to it. The line is right in front of a door where we all had to keep moving it was frustrating to say the least ?? so by the time I actually got up to the counter to ordered I forgot what I really stood so long for in the first place. One of the servers recommended that Horrible strawberry cheesecake shake the only thing good about it was the Strawberry liquid not even any strawberry pieces to be found. But the cheese because there wasn't Any graham cracker crust that I could taste. So the cheese was hard and chewy once I could actually deal with it I ended up throwing the cup in the trash and went down the way to Munchies frozen yogurt shop where you get what you pay for at half the price with real toppings soo very satisfying ??❣️ Unlike your place ?? that I wouldn't recommend your place it's not worth the hassle & especially not WORTH the Money ????!

DO NOT COME HERE!! My husband and I went to the mall and I decided to get an Original Orange Julius. The man (looked asian) behind the counter made my drink and handed it to me. While walking to a nearby store, I started drinking my original Orange Julius and it was a very thick frozen slush, that tasted like sour water. I opened my cup and it was all ice slush. My husband was so upset that he just spend $7+ on ice, but he didn't want to go back to get a refund. We ended up just going to the car and going home. For reference.... an Original Orange Julius is supposed to be a sweet Orange drink (liquid/juice), with some froth on top. This was not that. It was disgusting blended ice with a small splash of juice. It was so sour. What was this man thinking?! Is this what management is telling him to do? And if he is doing this without management knowing, why is he still working there?! Based on other reviewers, it seems this franchise is purposely making drinks the cheap way. We will NEVER come here again and will ward off anyone who will listen.

They have cakes and ice cream. I recommend the blizzard because it's so good.

Sooo upset about our experience here today. We had to go to the apple store and had a wait so we decided to grab some ice cream. I ordered a blizzard and my husband got an Oreo shake... taking our order the man seemed to already have an attitude because my husband changed from a medium shake to a large. He makes the "shake" and blizzard. The shake when he handed it to us was sooo milky and not thick at all. He did flip my blizzard but that was runny as well. My husband had two sips of his shake and turned back. It tasted like straight milk. We waited for the man infront of us to finish ordering and instead of helping us the worker proceeded to make that guys order and have us stand and wait. So my husband let him know the shake was way to milky and he just wanted a refund instead of him "fixing" the drink. Well the man proceeded to argue with my husband and told him he "ordered the wrong thing".... Yes we are aware shakes have milk but half a cup of milk is too much... so he keeps saying "let me try to fix it for you", so we are like what we've try to fix the half a cup of milk which by now the shake was separating and you could see how much milk was in it. So he adds another shot of ice cream blends it and hands it back... it's supposed to be an Oreo shake but what ever right. So my husband tastes it and says no I'd just like my money back. And again this man it telling him you ordered the wrong thing... umm my husband prefers shakes over ice cream and gets shakes everywhere, this isn't his first shake of his life... so after telling us about our incorrect order he pulls out 8$ i cash from the register and hands it to us, then is like oh you paid card, give me the cash back and I'll refund the card. Honestly it was the worst experience, he's lucky I didn't want my blizzard refunded too. We have been to Dairy Queen a few times and will not be returning after this visit. Awful service, runny ice cream and half cup of milk milk shakes. Gross. Spend your 18$ for two at cold stones instead.

The good: Their blizzards come in a ton of different sizes so there is the right portion size for everyone! They're located inside the mall (on the 2nd floor) but are the first store when you enter from the outdoor mall area. The shop is an Orange Julius/Dairy Queen. I tried the Oreo blizzard and a snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard in a size small. The bad: I ordered a pumpkin blizzard but they were out of it. I opted for a snickerdoodle cookie dough one instead and it was super concentrated in cinnamon flavor. The cookie dough had a dry marshmallow consistency the way Lucky Charm's marshmallows are. It tastes artificial, powdery and strange. It didn't have the chewy cookie dough texture. The Oreo blizzard was also just okay. It definitely tastes subpar to a McFlurry. The interesting: I really love the concept of how the worker has to invert your drink to prove to you that the blizzard wont fall out. It's quite fun. Though, when my cup was inverted there was some ice cream that dripped out. They even have the word blizzard written upside down on the cup.

Love it or hate it. The problem I have with places like this particular one is that you're paying for their overhead and or the owners kids college fund! Sure there's nothing like a blizzard but when you get three blizzards and it's almost $25 there is something wrong with that! I can go to the supermarket and get three half gallons of quality ice cream for less than $25 and they will last all month! This review won't stop anyone from spending their hard earned $ but I think it's a shame that they charge so much, they would probably get more business if they weren't so expensive. I can see possibly paying the high price at the Dairy Queen in Baker California (middle of nowhere) but not right here in Southern California.
