In cake design they do a good job can’t complain there! though if you’re gonna eat the cake and serve it, it’s usually very dry!

My family comes here all the time for special occasion cupcakes! We were at the store discussing the flavors that they had, and the lovely woman at the counter overheard us talking, and went and combined a special cake+frosting combo just for us!! It was exactly what my dad wanted and we were all so touched by the gesture. Thank you so much again!!

We have had two cakes custom made. Our “Cats are destroying the cake” wedding cake and a beer mug for our brewery birthday party. Both cakes were not only fun to look at, they were tasty as well!

This establishment is the best. I drove two hours on my wife’s birthday 🎉 for carrot 🥕 cake and it was worth every mile.

5 stars all around! his place is AMAZING! Customer Service is top tier and their skills shine through their beautiful work and knowledge! Also their pricing is so reasonable! I put my full 100% trust in Marlene, Emily and Raina to create a unique custom cake for my daughter's birthday party and they knocked it out of the park! My daughter and everyone around was so impressed by this cake! It was DELICIOUS too, and that's saying a lot because I'm not big on cake! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ladies.

Cake so pricey. Not worth the $$$. Specially their cake its just plain not that best with SUPER thick frosting. U cant barely see the cake inside its all super thick frosting?

POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE! If you are looking for a place with absolute horrible customer service, this your go to place! I called and spoke to Marlene, asked a couple of questions regarding cake flavors and if they deliver, she answered my questions, I said thank you, and she hung up without saying anything else after I said thank you. That is rude in my opinion. I called back right after because I wanted to let the manager know about my experience and to give my opinion regarding their customer service, Emily answered, I asked if there was anyone above Marlene and she said no, that Marlene is the owner. I was shocked and commented, "wow, she is pretty rude to be an owner." Emily then hung up on me too!Marlene then called me back a few minutes later saying that she was told that I said she was rude. I said yes she was rude in my opinion. She would not let me explain why I thought she was rude and denied it and denied Emily hanging up on me as well. I told her that it was my opinion and that I would express my opinion on Google Reviews, she replied with okay, we will see you there....Okay! What a great example for your employees!

Incredibly polite, considerate, and accommodating as humanely as possible when given such short notice. I really appreciate all they did given the nature of the situation I had to secure a cake. Definitely love their mocha frappe cake. Never had anything like it before. Absolutely incredible team.Of course, a Karen would give this place a one star but, we all know, not to take a Karen's word for it.

I think they need to have different items on hand to sell. Quanity is important when you have a lovely display case. So people can really see what they can create! People will get excited!

Zero / One star. Although, it depends...if you are looking for a poor customer experience, Amateurly done specialty cakes, mediocre tasting confections, or unjustified high pricing...this place is exactly what you're looking for. Hope you find this review helpful.

Cupcakes are really good. Just the right amount of sweetness. The icing compliments the cupcakes really well.
