Food was okay. Sometimes stale taco shells or soft tortillas but usually they are good. Occasionally fills the tacos and burritos less than you would expect. Manager is not cool, I showed up at 11:59pm for an order and he shut me down saying they JUST closed. And with attitude. Alright then. Love del taco and have eaten here a lot but wish they would do better.

I ordered a burrito, with chicken rice beans and cheese, and no sauce. Take out. The little short older Hispanic lady wasn't very nice to anyone in line. When I got home and opened my burrito, everything looked ok, but the beans looked a little old and dry, I thought it was probably a little over cook, no a problem, until the next morning. That burrito made me so sick, I missed a few hours of work. I guess buying food out of a gas Station isn't the brightest idea. Never again.

Got food poisoning last night (12/21/23) after eating here... Will not ever be going back .. service has been lacking quite a bit over the past few months. Last night my wife ordered food that was incorrect in missing french fries. When I started eating the taco it tasted as if it had a wood taste to it. Fast forward a few hours throwing up and can't keep anything down . This is ridiculous.

I agree with previous review 1000% Worst del taco (this is inside shell station in Via Princessa, corner Sierra Hi-way), worst fast food, worst customer service! Went to this spot with 1 crew working the counter, and 1 the drive thru. Counter crew started preparing our tacos with his bare hands. He then went to work on the fries still with his bare hands, wiped them on his shirt and went to continue working on our tacos. Noticing the box of gloves on the counter we asked why is he not wearing one. He answered Osha policy doesn't require him to wear one. I hvnt heard of such policy in fact its required when working directly on food esp raw and that's including cheese and salad items. When we asked the other crew (who's wearing gloves) if we can talk to the manager, he pointed to the guy preparing out food!!! We then asked him if he can wear gloves he said I can give you guys refund! This Manager Eduardo would rather give us refund than yield to our request! He also said things like it's ok to wipe with his shirt, and that its ok to wear his ring while working on our food with his barehands because his ring is made of rubber so it's not considered jewelry!! They either need a new crew who have proper food handling experience or need to shut down completely!!! We left after getting our refund! Will not take a chance getting salmonella among other things from this place! Eduardo- do yourself a favor get food prep certificate! Idk how Del Taco is allowing this guy to man this store. He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near food at all! Its been ages since I've had anything from this place and I was reminded why! It's definitely a Del NO! NO! for me!!!!

This Del taco absolutely sucks! I would recommend going to the one on Bouquet Canyon Rd instead! The girl, taking my order yesterday just kept playing with her hair, the tacos themselves weren't even halfway filled with anything, I'm sure they do this on purpose for someone's bottom line...this is my third time giving them a try, and I will never go back! Run don't walk away from this business!

No wonder everybody gives this place one star. I went to drive thru at 10:30 and when no one said hello initially I asked into the speaker if they were closed. A man came on said they were. I proceeded to drive through to leave only for the guy at the pick up window to tell me he was just joking they were open. I didn't bother responding I just kept driving. WTF kind of game is that, customers pay your paycheck, now customers no business. Why tell them you are closed and jerk them around like that. And how would I know it's a joke when I am the only one in line at a later hour. I legitimately thought the posted hours were wrong. Prior this I rarely went here and this solidifies my choice to stay away.
