More than 4 big groups left. The restaurant was empty and the server told us 30min wait. They had like 6tables and all looked done. He was rude and had plenty of tables open. Could have sat us down and then taken our order. Just rude.

I placed an order for in-person pickup. When I arrived, an employee repeatedly insisted that I needed to confirm the order as if I were an Uber or delivery driver. I clearly explained that I was the customer and that the order was placed for pickup under my name. Despite this, the employee was unable to understand the difference between a customer pickup and a third-party delivery order.
This demonstrated a lack of basic competence and training in handling pickup orders. The situation caused unnecessary delay and frustration and reflected poorly on the restaurant’s customer service standards.
I expect staff to be properly trained to distinguish between customer pickups and delivery drivers and to communicate clearly and professionally.

Best server ever. He’s been here 20 years. Takes orders of 6 people or more in his head. Doesn’t need to write it down! Always gets it right! Friendly, fast, efficient service! Delicious food! I always get the Denver omelette, veggies well done with American cheese. Perfect every time! Best Dennys ever! I highly recommend it!!
