I came to have breakfast with my kids and I know the wait time is 10-15 minutes before the server seem you, but the seat more people and started help other people the got there later then me, 25 minutes later the server show up saying is was a confusing, I thought the other server was taking the table, ok but it take 30 seconds to come and ask, the worst part was the it wasn't busy.

Service was ok. The reason for the 1 star is because the food was not it. We never really dine out this was our family treat and it was so disappointing. Food had no flavor and some was overly sweet. Won't be coming back, we spent over $100 for a family of 5.

Calm under pressure, strategic with the seating chart, and allegedly able to scramble 400 eggs in under 10 minutes, Javier is the glue holding this breakfast empire together.
Between Heather’s charm, Michael’s soulful presence, and Javier’s Jedi-level management, this isn’t just a Denny’s—it’s a destination.

While I can't say that all of my experience have met such a standard, my most recent time at Denny's where Michael was my waiter was so exemplary of high quality service that I was having flashbacks to 5-course dining experiences.
Michael's care and attention to detail as my waiter was so phenomenal that I know I'll be a life-long Denny's customer, if only to simply relish in the nostalgia of past moments with Michael's flawless service.
It took 15 minutes to get our order taken, and then she brought a large glass of ice water; the only one who asked for water was the child, who also asked for chocolate milk. Thirty minutes later, the waitress brings the kid’s Mac-n-cheese with side bacon and my 3/4 of my grand slam meal. It takes another 20 mins to get my husband’s salad. At that point, we had to ask for the kid’s chocolate milk, my husband’s soda, and the rest of my meal, which was bacon. The kid’s chocolate milk ended up being an adult one. After I finish my meal, the kid finishes hers and my husband is almost done, does she finally bring bacon that looks like it never saw the flat top. After pointing out that I asked for it well done, she stood there and asked if that meant I wanted it redone. So, waiting another 10 minutes to get the bacon. We have been here for over 2 hours before our order was finally delivered. Mind you, the people who came after us had their orders taken and brought to them before our first stage of food arrived. Oh and not to mention the large chocolate milk for the child was so full and without a lid that the moment my kid tried to take a drink with a straw it spilled all down her front soaking her shirt and her shorts.

Because this place is very close to where I stayed. So I just walked in and ordered the salmon and steak. Both of these are very dry. Although I choose medium rare but when the steak was served, it’s very ….. chewed. Very disappointed about the food…
