Stopped by today (10/5/2024) and found the location closed. Plastic over the doors and a Thank you from the staff. Calls to the numbers online just ring and ring. Possibly closed for good. I will miss them if that is the case.

Over priced, Mac and cheese was runny, never heard of the selection of beer and wine, plastic forks, etc. what more can I say, thumbs down.

Don’t ever go to this location. I don’t know if the other locations are the same, but it looks like they had ownership change. I’ve been going to this one in Canyon Country. CA for years and the last few times I went there, it’s been really bad and my husband and I are NEVER going back! Their service is bad, food (beef brisket) is half as much for the same charge, they don’t put anything on the sandwiches (like pickles and onions on my pork sandwich) unless you ask; and if you ask for extra bbq sauce, they give you a dirty look and will try to give you half as much. I have to check if they put any bbq sauce in my bag because they tried to give me 3 when I asked for 6 - and I just spent $50 in beef brisket and a pork sandwich meal! I don’t want to write my long stories, but these are the short versions. If I could put “0” stars, I would put 0 stars.

I have to say, never again. The bad:Price increase. $14 for sandwich or $21 to add 1 side and drink. Baked potato, weird brown color and didn't taste like potato.No more original lemonade. The good: staff was friendly.

I eat dickeys for the brisket. But this place had the driest brisket ever. I ate two bites and threw it away. I told the manager that it's too dry. Nice person, offered to give me another order free nut it's going to be from the same cut which will be super dry again. Sad, I like brisket.

This place has completely gone down hill. The service was so bad! The food was just as bad. They didn't have half of the stuff I wanted to order. I ordered the xl family deal and wasted $150 I will never go back nor would I ever recommend anyone eat there.

This is definitely not worth the $8+ that I paid for. The size is like a sampler from Costco.the taste for both sides are just mediocre ,nothing special.the portions could have been better though. It will be my last to order from here.?‍♂️

The sandwich was hot and delicious. The sides were quite opposite. The beans were old and had the consistency of refried beans. The fries felt like they cane from the bottom of the fryer. What happened to the waffle fries?? The 2 guys working behind the counter were not friendly and NEVER made eye contact. This is one of my favorite restaurant chains, please fix it

Not great. Brisket sandwich. Quite dry, a cardinal sin in BBQ. Spicy BBQ sauce was ok. A bit sweet. Basically it tasted like Baby Rays grocery store sauce with some heat added. Mashed potatoes they call a casserole. Thick, decent taste. Then "cabbage" slaw. It's cole slaw so yeah, it's cabbage. This was also grocery store deli caliber food. Unimpressed with anything I had. Wife had the big baked potato with brisket. Also dried out meat. Big potato though and lots of meat on top. My sides and sandwich were very small so I didn't have anything that made me think yeah, I'll come back here. I'm tough on BBQ joints. Been smoking meats for 30 years and I have elevated expectations when it comes to BBQ/grilling They were not met at Dickey's. Even for SoCal BBQ it's sub par. Service was quick and friendly so they get the third star. The food was a 2 star experience.
