We order from this dominos a lot or at least we used to. We ask for extra sauce and it's like they put the opposite no sauce at all. I don't understand why not follow the request in the order . How much of an inconvience is it to put that extra little scoop of sauce ? This no sauce pizza is awful. Please do better

We ordered pizza at 9pm for delivery but we didn’t receive our order at all. We call at the 45 min mark and turned out Dominos oven shut off and didn’t make our order. We had to call them because They didn’t even tell us or call us about not making our order. Absolutely terrible. Will not order from her again.

The tracker said to expect our order at 7:43.. I called at 8:11PM to find out where it was. One Store Rep apologized for the delay and would give me a credit. She passed me off to Julia - who said the tracker isn't accurate, didn't know why the other person offered a credit and basically said it was my problem. Is "Something wrong with your order? Make a claim, and we'll make it right Domino's motto or not?" If the employees discount the tracker vs using it to make things right - what's the point?

Apparently crispy means two different things to me and the girl who took my order.My bad for trying to order wings at a pizza place however the pizza sucked too. Don’t bother with this location. 30 people behind the counter and food that is not edible.

I have been going to this dominoes for years and never had a problem until my most recent order. If you look at the pictures I found two finger or toe nails in my pizza. This should get someone fired, you lost a customer for life and I hope many more. Also anyone planning to go to Dominoes please beware there can be something wrong with your pizza. I'm just warning you now

My order arrived incorrect but was on time. I called back and the manager immediately started the process of making me a new order and apologized for the inconvenience. This was the best customer service that I've seen.
Can only give this place a 3/5 because they're only gonna get your order right three out of five times. Please retrain your employees on how to read the shorthand for your dips on the tickets correctly. Tired of not getting the right stuff.

Very poor customer service. Tracker said pizza was delivered, it was not! Spoke with female store manager, who insisted that it was delivered per their delivery guy when I checked many times in front door that it wasn't. Store manager claims I'm lying and believed their staff instead of me, their customer. So I asked for refund instead, store manager said she could only do store credit. I insisted on refund as I do not want to order from this location ever again she became very rude and hung up on me! There are other stores in neighborhood so please save yourself trouble and stress, do not order from this store!

I was reluctant to get pizza from Domino's as most of the ratings in all the local places were poor. I tend to trust reviews when they are consistent. However, I was joining a friend for lunch - and she requested Domino's. I chose this store as it was the highest rated on my way to her house. I appreciated the quick service, the friendly staff that day, and the food was decent. Thin crust pepperoni pizza, garlic knots with the cheesy dip. I won't hesitate to try Dominos again (at least this one in La Crescenta)!
