Never been to Dunkin Donuts but wanted to try and see how it was. We got donuts, breakfast sandwiches and a latte. If you want donuts that aren't fresh and should be discounted because they're clearly a day or two old (the frosting was literally melting, yet they were cold? And they were uncomfortably chewy and stale), a sandwich that looks like someone sat on it and a coffee that tastes like milk (not even the good kind), then this is your place. Staff was nice, food was terrible. Not worth $25+, and not even worth $5.

Watered down coffee both times we were there. They put sugar in one of the coffees when it was written on the outside of the cup only milk.I had to ask for napkins,we had donuts so I would have expected to be given them. The 2 employees looked miserable and were unpleasant. The place had an extremely bad smell. I've been to plenty of Dunkin Donuts from NY to LA and never experienced anything like this.

I have always been fond of Dunkin's coffee and for some reason a donut hole or two or more seems warranted. ((Of course grown up full-size donuts are also a good option). I am not so fond of their breakfast sandwich menu items though. Usually we opt for the drive thru, but we decided to go in and sit down for a few minutes to recover from errands and shopping. It was later in the afternoon and relatively quiet so we attempted to use the self-serve computer, however it was not working properly. Staff as always, were extremely nice and there to help! Soon we had our order and a few minutes to sip our coffees. A pleasant experience all the way around. When we receive good customer service, it must be acknowledged!
Disappointed ! This is the dirtiest Dunkin I've ever been to. The tables, the floors and the bathrooms are extremely filthy. The girls that work here don't wear gloves when they're preparing sandwiches or drinks and they are constantly touching their hair/face. I saw a worker come out of the bathroom and she went behind the counter and started making a drink without gloves. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing! Who ever is running this place needs to review the cameras. Also- the donuts are rock hard. This is unacceptable!

Always came here to get my hot coffee and I finished my coffee and felt something in the cup thought it was sugar so I didn't pay no mind I open the cup and found a girls nail very disappointed be careful

I visited this location a while ago on September 30 and definitely wanted to write a review. I stopped to get a few donuts for a friend on my way to his house. I also got an oat milk latte because you don't have soy milk on your menu apparently. I don't eat donuts but I was pleasantly surprised but knowing the reputation Dunkin has I truly enjoyed how amazingly fresh the cream filled was and my friend of course slammed his down as he's not supposed to have them. You have to enjoy life now and then right Dunkin? If you're in the mood to break your sugar fast, your diet or just to get your donut fix definitely follow the ad and Go to Dunkin' this location rocks!!! Staff was attentive and spot on at 8:07 AM on 09-30 if you want to give a high five to that Good Morning crew.

Love the mobile service they offer here. Order the items on the app and pick them up at your convenience. They always are so helpful and friendly, the manager is great and always solves my problems, example we're out of oat milk, would you like almond milk ? lol The only one thing I have to say is, if you get multiple items, make sure you check sometimes they get so busy that they can forget your pastry, have a few times to me, but I understand .
Shame on Dunkin Donuts, counters are dirty, my Apple Fritter and Coffee Roll, are both old and dry. I wish, I could get my money back. They will never get a red cent from me or anyone I know. Service was great, thank you employees.

Honestly, This Dunkin' location has made it that I can say "Screw S-bucks". I have never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are unbelievably nice, fast, and accurate. I get more food and drink and in better quality than the competition. and on top of that, as mentioned before. the speed. They NEVER waste my time. The most I am in their drive thru for is maybe 2-3 mins tops. The other, up to 10 maybe more depending on the time of day.So yeah. I praise this location and I will be coming here as frequently as my wallet allows me.5/5 Stars

The bad reviews are here for a reason. The staff are all rude and have zero customer service skills. Didn't even let me know my drink was ready just threw it up there and it was incorrect no apology. I wouldn't go back just based off how rude everyone was.

Love it. The Manager is Fantastic and she really improved this location. The donuts are delicious. The drinks are great. Very good value for your money. Rewards program/APP is super easy to use. And has great perks. Friendly people.Parking: Plenty of parking or a drive thru if you prefer.

Really going to charge for a cup of water? I can literally go anywhere and get a free cup of water. In addition, I went inside to get the order fixed after being in the drive thru and the guy shrugged and said " idk just got here" and did not care about that or my water comment. I mean it's just 80 cents but it comes off nickel and dimey.
