Dunkin'

Two workers but it is a kiosk to order. Waited about 10 minutes while people came and went. Asked one the workers about the order and they said no we don't have that order. We showed them the charge on phone so they looked in their machine and blamed it on the machine not printing it up. Never apologized just quick to dismiss us. All this for 10 donut holes. Won't be back.

So we are huge fans of Dunkin, but we'll probably not return to this one. On our way home from an early morning game, we stopped at the Dunkin in Santa Clarita. It was fairly busy, it was a Sunday morning. We had no problem waiting for our drinks while we snacked on our donuts, muffin and breakfast sandwich. The food was great. 2 of our 3 drinks came out. Then when our final drink was ready we grabbed it and left. Whatever you do, do NOT order a hot Macha latte from here. It was the worst. It tasted like warm water with a splash of milk, with the slightest aftertaste of Macha. This was so disappointing. We were already on our trek back home, so we couldn't turn around and take it back. There were nearly tears. We waited 20 minutes for this drink, then they didn't even call our name for it (like they did with all the other drinks), we had to finally go up and find it, then it was actually the worst Macha latte of our lives.

This location use to be nice to visit now horrible customer service. No one greeted me and it was two people right and front. Once I walk to the counter they walk away and never came back to take my order. The woman there with blonde hair and a pink hat on told me one minute and never helped me. I sat in there and watched them walk pass another young lady. I will be contacting customer service.

Food taste horrible, donuts taste old, The lady that works there is rude also I just spent $30 and she would not even give me a water cup she told me it was $.87 that is ridiculous I spent $30 and now I had to pay $.87 for water cup for some tap water. Waste of money and won’t be back.

Just ignore you. Don't even acknowledge that you're there. I get it you hate your job. But being rude to others isn't going to fix your crap life

Very very poor service. Did not greet or speak to customers. Order only taken via phone or
in-store screen. No personal attention. Did not announce when order was ready. Receipt not offered. Food no better than other fast food places. Why bother?

Food is decent enough, service takes forever but the people are nice. Like some other reviews said, it can take up to a half hour for just a sandwich or a coffee.

Donuts are not moist, taste bad, small, and weak flavor selection. I recommend that you go to spudnuts instead.

what's with 5 star rating? I personally only use 3 rather it be Stars, points, scale or rate. Simpler and straightforward. I don't like something 1 or I do like something 2 or it was extraordinary/above and beyond 3. None of this "well I kind of liked it, but not that much but it was alright kind of sort of". "I liked it 3⁵⁴/⁶²of a star. Come on now

This is definitely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to it has the laziest employees in it always takes a good 20 to 30 minutes for an order

Good people here, but unless you have 20 mins to wait for an ice coffee don’t bother coming in you’re better off going to Starbucks.
