DO NOT COME HERE. They take forever to get orders out! Took about 20-30mins for me to get my iced coffee. Ridiculous. Terrible service.

12:30 on a Thurday and they were out of donuts, and I'm sure the two employees just didn't want to make any. Heard the male employee loudly complain about our big order of 5 things. Payed 3 bucks for bacon to get a couple sad small pieces the size of a pinky. Got cream cheese filled bagels that were cold. Ordered drinks on the order screen that they said they didn't even have and said they don't know why it's on there, it was a Starry and Mountain Dew. Employees clearly didn't care to be there.

The employees at this place are crazy. Or they do things maliciously. I ordered three strawberry donuts, one Old Fashioned, and two chocolate frosted donuts, and they gave me all chocolate donuts. When I got home, I realized. Totally disappointed because one of my kids doesn't like chocolate. Very, very bad service. That's not done. How evil.

How worthless do the employees have to be to not include a straw with a cold brew coffee and then instead of putting in two chocolate glazed donuts (as ordered) they put in two normal glazed donuts? To boot, there’s no phone number to reach a manager. The store is trash and the employees are worthless

I've ordered from here on doordash a few times, and it was great, and the service was nice. The last couple of times, though, they've been forgetting items with my orders, especially the donuts.

Two workers but it is a kiosk to order. Waited about 10 minutes while people came and went. Asked one the workers about the order and they said no we don't have that order. We showed them the charge on phone so they looked in their machine and blamed it on the machine not printing it up. Never apologized just quick to dismiss us. All this for 10 donut holes. Won't be back.

So we are huge fans of Dunkin, but we'll probably not return to this one. On our way home from an early morning game, we stopped at the Dunkin in Santa Clarita. It was fairly busy, it was a Sunday morning. We had no problem waiting for our drinks while we snacked on our donuts, muffin and breakfast sandwich. The food was great. 2 of our 3 drinks came out. Then when our final drink was ready we grabbed it and left. Whatever you do, do NOT order a hot Macha latte from here. It was the worst. It tasted like warm water with a splash of milk, with the slightest aftertaste of Macha. This was so disappointing. We were already on our trek back home, so we couldn't turn around and take it back. There were nearly tears. We waited 20 minutes for this drink, then they didn't even call our name for it (like they did with all the other drinks), we had to finally go up and find it, then it was actually the worst Macha latte of our lives.

This location use to be nice to visit now horrible customer service. No one greeted me and it was two people right and front. Once I walk to the counter they walk away and never came back to take my order. The woman there with blonde hair and a pink hat on told me one minute and never helped me. I sat in there and watched them walk pass another young lady. I will be contacting customer service.

Food taste horrible, donuts taste old, The lady that works there is rude also I just spent $30 and she would not even give me a water cup she told me it was $.87 that is ridiculous I spent $30 and now I had to pay $.87 for water cup for some tap water. Waste of money and won’t be back.
