The workers here aren’t bad but the fact that this location ran out of chicken 1-2 hours before the restaurant closes is insane to me. What’s the point of me returning to buy food here anymore if I’m not guaranteed grilled chicken at a restaurant that sells predominantly grilled chicken? No point.. and my wife works for el pollo loco too smh
For food, I always order the double toast and they don't add avocado ? very little chicken, almost nothing and you have to ask for the sauces and cutlery, the customer service staff is pretty bad
