Sooo I just want to say the lovely young black girl there is a sweetheart 🤗 I ordered a 2pc thigh dinner Mac & cheese and loco salad and she and staff made sure everything came out good. And for el pollo loco to always have a bad rep they did well at this localotion… keep it up Guys👌🏻ótimas coisas !

This is the WORST location. They screw up every single time. I was charged $16 for $6 meal, but the guy NEVER told me. When I went back to get a credit they gave me $6 back, so I paid $10 for a $6 meal. This place SUCKS.

Don't eat here worst experience at a fast food restaurant my chicken was not chicken and if it was not chicken what was it ???? Becarful eating here people in California should not have to experience there 2 othere El pollo loco in town for your safety don't eat here

Removing the blackened chicken from the rest of the food was difficult. Good service, bad quality of food (if burned = cancer). They need to correct this issue.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order. Staff were slow and seemed uninterested. They gave me my food without sauce, utensils, or napkins. I had to ask for everything. Overall, poor service and unprofessional attitude.

Been going to El Pollo Loco for many years. Have gone to this location 3-4 times. The last two times we were there the A/C was so cold we had to sit outside in the sun to warm up. When we received our meal, the chicken was very dry and the skin was burned. (Possibly a couple days old?) we were disappointed in our entire meal. We both got the 2 piece meal. We have always loved this restaurant at any location we have been to and we are hoping this was a one time situation.

If you’re picking up, beware. Notification of order ready may not mean anything. They gave me the wrong salsas and they were unapologetically late.

I’ve been coming here ever since this location opened. The food is what you would expect from an El Pollo Loco but the staff (especially evening staff) is often swamped with orders and understaffed. Long waits are the norm it seems.

I went to this location and ordered a Chicken Burrito Combo Meal and they gave me A Burrito minus the chicken. I didn't order a Bean an Rice Burrito, and this wasn't the first time I've gotten bad service from this location. It's very upsetting once you get home and find out that they screwed again, and they weren't even busy. It's No Excuse for Bad service

As previously mentioned in my previous review, I encountered an issue with an employee at your establishment. I had received an email coupon from El Pollo Loco, which was not honored when I attempted to use it. This was disappointing.
