As previously mentioned in my previous review, I encountered an issue with an employee at your establishment. I had received an email coupon from El Pollo Loco, which was not honored when I attempted to use it. This was disappointing.

I keep trying to order from this place around noon, but today I learned that they don't take orders from their own app in the middle of the day. It's nice to know that. Yet, I shouldn't have had to try to order again and again over several days before finding that out. If you use the El Pollo Loco app to order from this location, it won't work. It will just say, "sorry something went wrong."

It's pretty simple, if you don't have a way to tell your customers that you're not accepting online orders, then continue to accept online orders. Having just a random error makes it seem like it's my fault or it's just a momentary problem with the app. It's so stupid that so many customers sit there trying to make an order, and there's simply no way to make an order. There should be a way for the store or the app to tell us that. If you can't be open and honest, then just do the right thing and take my damn order.

When I was there today, ordering my food at the counter, and it wasn't even busy. What's the point? You guys are so busy that you want to waste time taking my order in person?

If you don't want my business, just tell me that to start with.

I ordered a double chicken bowl and my food came out super quick the lady that gave my food wasn't the one who was normally there, the one who took my order last time her name was Lupe and she was so kind and had a lovable attitude. Although the other cashier was okay she was definitely not as nice and lovable as Lupe. Other than that great food and amazing service.

Picked up a 12 piece lastnight, what a joke, $30 some dollars for Burnt, dry chicken, have not been there for awhile due to undesired food there, well that will be the last time!

The food is generally good, however I did have several small bones in my chicken salad. I told the manager and she thanked me for letting her know. Often there is very little attention given to cleaning the tables, chairs/seats and floor. I was in yesterday and they had me wait to place my order while the employee counted out the cash drawer mid afternoon and they could not restart the cash drawer until the manager returned. Also, the chopping of chicken by the back of counter staff is very loud and annoying to guests while eating. Similarly, the food equipment makes a loud high frequency noise signaling working staff that prepared food is ready which is also very annoying when dining.
