Love Goliath. Great ride. However, the restaurant next door serving Mexican food was an utter disgrace. First of all, the quesadilla that they served me was cold & there was so much cheese i couldn't even separate my slices. Next, the sign said they give you salsa with the quesadilla & i didn't get my frixken salsa. lastly, they don't serve guacamole which is a crime. this restaurant is not jeffree star approved and canceled periodt.

I ended up choosing the Carne Asada Tacos with my Dining Pass at the Mexican-portion of the restaurant. They com with a side of Tortilla Chips and I ordered a (free) side of Salsa with them. Although the tacos were overfilled and their contents went spilling out when I first picked it up, they are surprisingly tasty -- especially the carne asada itself which is cooked to perfection. Although obviously straight from a bag, the Tortilla Chips are also really good with a generous amount of salt and the salsa complements them well. It is a little bit spicy, which is a huge positive factor to me when it comes to salsa. Much like everything else the Dining Pass will get you at this park, the meal is big enough to share and there is no reason to buy two lunches (unless you are really hungry). The Açaí Bowl from another section of the store (which we did not buy with the Dining Pass) was, according to my friend, pretty terrible. Also, the establishment itself is dirty and I ended up waiting 30 MINUTES in line to pay for my tacos.

A new season at Six Flags: Magic Mountain has begun! Review bash for 2019 season pass cycle starts... NOW. //PARK RESTAURANTS SERIES// FOOD ETC. - Dining Pass Accepted - Season Drink Bottles Accepted - Located: Near Goliath - Offers: Fresh sushi, gyros, nachos, tacos, fresh salads, Dole Soft Serve, vegetarian... DINING PASS RECOMMENDED Consider getting a dining pass! To illustrate the benefits of this incredible deal, let's look at the basic dining pass: a plan that only allows you to eat lunch during 11:30am - 3:30pm, and a snack during 11:30am - 7:30pm. But even then, it's already a very beneficial option! Say, an entree runs for about $10-12, and a snack for about $4-5. A total of 3 park trips would already redeem your money's worth, not to mention the park enforces a crystal clear policy of "no outside food" within park area. It's a no brainer. THE LOWDOWN This is a possibly the most popular and therefore busiest meal spots of all of the park's eateries due to its large dining area, with relative ease of finding seats especially on a crowded day or during lunch time rush hours. I often find myself gravitating towards this obvious, easy choice. Food Etc. is composed of several smaller subsection, each serving different ethnic cuisines, a mini international food fair of sort. Perfect for large families with various dining preference, or just ambivalent, poor souls who just can't decide what to eat always. Indoor air-conditioning is a godsend on hot days, suitable for a quick rest stop should the need arise. Family rides nearby make for convenient, mild transition from having a postprandial full stomach and being not suitable for extreme thrill rides just yet, to slowly digesting your way back to hardcore coaster acrobatics. SPECIFIC MEAL ITEM EATEN - Grilled Chicken Pita & Fries: A thick, warm pita bread topped with marinated chicken, fresh tomatoes, chopped red onions, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce. Chicken tasted savory, but artificial and processed. The texture was softer than expected, possibly due to its being processed, or having been soaked in liquid for a long time. Includes a generous portion of dible fries. SPECIFIC SNACK ITEM EATEN - Dippin' Dots (Banana Split): A popular choice that may run out quickly. A classic blend of chocolate, strawberry, and banana. Exactly what you'd expect, with reasonably authentic taste. One of my go-tos. Last visited/updated: "May" 2019

This place unsanitary and awful. They take a really long time to get your food even though it is sitting in front of them. We ordered nachos and by the time we paid, they were super soggy. The employees touch ID cards and cell phones with the same gloves they serve the food with. By far the WORST michelada ever. Worst part is they pour your beer in the back, out of sight! Save your money and health...Leave the park for food or drinks!

I came in with a friend and while the place is convenient for indoor seating the food is so-so. I went to the Mediterranean restaurant they had there and had a chicken pita with fries. I have to say that the fries have this awkward taste to them and they are served lukewarm. Now, I've had fries from this place before and it was the same problem last time. I thought that was a fluke but apparently there's something in the process of how they cook them that gives them that peculiar taste.

Limited options for dietary restrictions (they have both corn and flour tortillas but don't make it easy to sub). The food safety is questionable as well - we got cold food that had obviously been made but sat out on the counter until it completely cooled down.

This place is awful. The only redeeming quality this place has is that it's indoors. Which helps since all the places around here are only food court type of places with dining outside. I'm sure the people here work hard but this place is horrible. The planning of this place is horrendous. The place has several different stations so if you want something different and there are two of you, then you have to go and then pay then good luck to you if you want to find a seat. This place should take note from Disneyland's food service format. I don't blame the employees...just bad planning. The food is ok. But worse place I've been in like a long time. Also? While we were waiting inline we heard others complain about the lines and layout too.

Step 1. Buy a dining pass. Step 2. Come here to get your snacks. Step 3. Relax in this shaded dining area. Step 4. Repeat. I recommend getting dippin dots for the kids and Dole Pineapple for everyone else. I usually get it with blueberries. The food here is eh but the snacks are legit.

Small variety of food choices in here but good place to sit down to eat + get away from the heat. What I ordered: * Jalapeno fish and chips+ extra fish (food for 2) * Mango float: mango soft serve with pineapple juice Overall thoughts: * Can get crowded fast with limited chairs * Few food options * Food is average for theme park * Slow lines * Pricey but not terrible if you share food

Let's be real. The food in here is ok. What you are really coming in for is relief from the sun. There are only a few spots in the park with indoor seating. We had the taco's, quesadillas, and nachos which were ok. The quesadilla being the best of the bunch. Way over priced but yes the park knows this and gets away with it. You are basically paying for the shade.

The whole place looks like it is a bit run down. But other than that I got the fish and chips and it was delicious. And it is a good place to hang out to get out of the sun and relax for a bit.

Keep in mind this is inside a theme park. The food is decent but the lines are ridiculous. I think these guys are incentivized to keep the lines long and slow moving. Management is a disaster. Seems like mainly high school students running the place anyway.

Food Etc. is exactly what you will find here as there's a decent selection of multiple stands all selling something different for you to indulge on wile in the park! Before last night it's been a good number of years since I had eaten here and from what I remembered the food was pretty bad then but that was then and this is now as I feel Six Flags is greatly improving their food quality as well as selections to be able to capture more people to buy it at their outrageous prices. Speaking of prices they are all really high as you would expect to find at any park you might visit but the secret to not having to deal with this is to get the season dinning pass if your a season pass holder as you pay a flat rate and get to eat all season long as well as get a free refill bottle to keep you hydrated. The season dinning pass is really a great thing for those who visit the park often as it will save you a ton of money and keep you fed with some food that is actually pretty good! They have a few different options to choose from here ranging from Mexican food to fried fish to sushi! For one I've never seen a sushi bar at any theme park I've been to before so I thought that was kinda cool for those who are into that type of thing. The Mexican food here is actually really yummy as the quesadilla I had was packed with steak that was delicious tasting and just all around yummy as I asked the people who made my quesadilla in front of me to add some of the corn to it which made it just super yummy and all around good! Their nachos were pretty good to for what you can expect from canned cheese and chili the beans salsa and chips are really what made it good as it just pulled the whole thing together in a nacho type of way! Now what everyone really loves is a Dole Whip and yeah it was that good as it should be because they had the regular Dole Whip as well as a Mango Dole Whip too which I had them mix both of them together and throw in a few chunks of pineapple and some blueberries which just totally hit the spot on this super hot day! The best part of it was that I didn't have to pay for it as a Dole Whip counts as a snack on your season dinning pass! Overall this is a great little spot to grab lunch or dinner wile in the park and because of this I'm sure it won't be long before we come back here to grab some of what's good or to just get a whip as those are reason enough to venture inside Etc.
