I like that you can customize your ice and sweetness for many drinks. Great place to hang and chat with others.

I received a gift card for this place and had forgotten about it. I visited this place and asked how much I had on the card; the staff said they no longer accept gift cards and didn't bother to check the balance on the card. I understand businesses change their policies all the time, but why would you not honor the gift cards you previously sold/offered? It's not about the amount of money but the gesture of this business completely turned me off. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered their holiday special of Milk Foam Gingerbread Milk Tea with gingerbread bottles! So cute and even more delicious!! Customer service was prompt and friendly and the store location is clean and a nice contemporary design. Parking is ample and we'll be repeat customers again and again.

So. Good. So many fun flavors, so customizable. So few artificial powders & flavors that seem to be the norm at other boba places. It was well-staffed on a recent afternoon and the girl at the register was very kind & patient as I asked lots of questions about flavors and options for my first visit. Highly recommend!

Great service, clean, beautiful store, great milk and taro tea and solid boba. We love boba and have a variety of shops in San Diego. We tried this place while visiting my parents for the holidays and it totally satisfied my craving. Thank you!

Asked for extra crème brûlée foam, paid .95 extra for it, but was given hardly any crème brûlée foam. The dude just made excuses when I expressed my dissatisfaction, and didn’t even offer to fix my order.I’ll be sticking with Twinkle Brown Sugar Tea in Alhambra. They actually give you what you order.

Went in with a girlfriend, cute, clean & well kept ambiance. Easy, straight forward ordering process. They have self-serve kiosks available but we were the only ones in the line area & the guy at the cashier was looking at us and prompted us to order. We asked a couple questions pertinent to the menu and we ordered my friend's drink selection first. Then it was my turn to order. I ordered mine to share with my other girlfriend to go & said "extra boba."The cashier was tapping away on his screen, so it was as if he registered.. then he asked me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards. I paid & he asked if I wanted a receipt. I said "yes". He said they will hand it off with my drink at the end. They got onto making immediately & we waited only a couple minutes.I got mine first, even though I ordered my drink second, so it was strange my friend didn't get hers... we waited around for a bit & then I went up to the hand off station to inquire because it looked like no one was making any additional drinks... so then when I asked about it the other staff members looked puzzled. I guess the guy didn't get my friends order after all... it's strange because we were detailed with what we asked for... the sizes, the specific flavor mentioned, "blended..., extra boba...". Clearly he didn't get it even though his fingers were typing on the POS screen. They didn't hand me my receipt with my drink so I didn't even know how much the drinks were or check to see what was ordered. Evidently he didn't input any details of her drink order or my mine besides the flavor. He didn't input my extra boba into my drink either. I mentioned it and all they said was "he didn't charge for extra boba, sorry." Yeah, you charged me $16 for flavored milk. Lol. I'm sorry... As someone who was in the food & drink business for my teens & 20's, it's not that difficult. Anyway, I got the gingerbread milk tea which comes in a cute, festive bottle. The milk tea really tastes like gingerbread but the boba balls were slightly undercooked and were more of a hard-chew than the squishy, bouncy chewy you typically get with tapioca pearls. I would say the presentation was the best part. Made me forget about the lousy customer service. I would say the boba needs some improvement, other than the obvious issue I elaborated on. Would I return? Mmmm I honestly don't want to answer.

First time visiting Gong Cha. We noticed that they have similar menus as other drink businesses. What I liked was they offered coffee reimagined with boba. They have a large inside sitting area. We will definitely return to try another drink in the near future.

It’s nice to finally have a real boba shop that goes back to the basics of freshly brewed milk teas. Although It’s Boba Time is good, I feel that it’s more friendly to people who want more smoothie and powder based drinks with okay boba topping. I got the earl grey milk tea with boba and pudding at regular sweetness. Boba was fresh and chewy with fast service. Although there are better boba shops with more offerings, for Santa Clarita though this is a huge improvement in variety of boba shops besides just It’s Boba Time.
