This restaurant is your go to if you want delicious Chinese food!! They recently added some dim sum dishes !! I can't wait to try !! Mark our waiter is always so friendly and professional!! We always come here and bring our out of town guest's!! The walnut scrimp is yummy Hurry and get down for some delicious food !! You will not be disappointed!!

We have been eating at Grand Panda for 40 years and last night we ordered a dish that had no flavor we have ordered the same dish for years and it did not taste right. We told the owner/ manager that we only took a bite and please we don't want it. The owner argued with us and said it's the same as always we said it has zero flavor please take it back she said she sold 15 dishes today and no one else complained. We said we don't want it after arguing back and forth she said let me charge you half price. So we were still charged 50% for a dish that we returned. On top of everything else they charged automatically a 18% tip with poor service. Unfortunately we will never go back again.

There's just no way these 5 star reviews are eating at the same restaurant as I am. Accidentally had this places food when family members brought it for dinner and got food poisoning. Found out later it was grand panda. I don't understand at all how they are getting good reviews.

BEST CHINESE FOOD OUT HERE IN THE SCV! I'll even do takeout here when I'm in the mood for Chinese but not going out. The service has always been amazing. The ambiance is a little casual but I think would be great if a reception or an engagement party were to be held there. Great for lunch and dinner! Whether it's with friends or a casual date night out!
I'm not big into Chinese food but this place is the best I've had in a long time I will actually be going back here and there isn't a single Chinese restaurant I would say about it. The staff are great the atmosphere is great and above all the food is amazing

Something changed but the orange beef is now excellent! Our all-time favorite which is Walnut Shrimp is unparalleled. There is fried pork chop on the menu which appeared last year. It is also excellent. I am also a big fan of Mapo Tofu. I am glad the Saugus branch has reopened.
