First time here at GVSH and it's everything you'd want in a smokehouse! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, absolutely delicious food, and a great relaxing environment. I tend to judge places by Mac'n'Cheese and GVSH scored a tantalizing ten. I highly recommend you give them a try. Your belly won't be disappointed!

took the drive out there on a Sat night . it was my brother's 46th birthday and they had all the right food on the menu and super friendly cook and waiter . lots of good drinks . the bill was really exciting to see for 5 people celebrating . thanks Guys good luck to you smoke house .

Great little bbq place! The food was outstanding and the owner was so cool.

Hidden Gem. A simple menu with incredible food, cold beer, and friendly staff. Small patio on the side was shaded and relaxing. Close to a convenience store that has a few gas pumps. Perfect for a road trip or motorcycle trip lunch break!

Great food, super nice peeps! "new" to the area and these guys are very cool and helpful. Food was delicious, that mac and cheese had us drooling 🤤 Good beer and drink selection too. will have to make it to the outdoor area / patio sometime for some music and happenings, looking forward to it.

Nice destination for lunch, relaxing ride through the canyon on a motorcycle.

We went to Green Valley Smokehouse to see our friend Petra play music yesterday. We ate tri tip and brisket sandwiches, jalapeno poppers, fried pickles, mac-n-cheese, and french fries. Everything was delicious! Even the micro brew beer and specialty sodas were wonderful. Even though there was quite a crowd the staff did an excellent job of keeping up with the orders. The customer service could not have been better! We will definitely return again and again to this beautiful restaurant in this gorgeous little town. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Santa Clarita area, this is the perfect spot. The drive isn't far, but you will be worlds away! Very highly recommended!!

Fun stop in a cute town. The guy working was super nice and chill. The good food combined will a friendly host will definitely bring us back!
