Hook Burger

Daniela was so lovely! She made my dining experience so special. She answered all my questions. I had a lunch date today with my mom and we both ordered the Classic Hook Burger with no cheese and a side of sweet potatoe fries. It was so delicious and packed with 30 + grams of protein! Absolutely loved it! The fries were perfectly cooked also! Don’t hesitate to visit for your next lunch date!

The food and service are always good at this location. But a side of ranch or BBQ sauce used to be included with a meal. Now it's 55 cents extra and they told me after I cashed out and received the food. Yep, they rang me up for a 55 cent side of ranch. Yo Hook, just increase the price of your burger meal by 55 cents and include 1 side of ranch! #perplexed

Very disappointed with this burger. I could not taste the bun. It is so flat. The bacon seemed old. And it just didn’t taste fresh. Also, I took the food straight home so there was no sitting around for it. And the fries were nothing special and almost $5. So I think I’m done. Just not worth it. I will say that the young man who helped me was fabulous. This was 11/7/25 for dinner.

First time at Hook Burger tonight, and I’m glad I wandered in after shopping at Target. I was about to head into Panda Express, but this place caught my eye.

I was greeted by Luke, who couldn’t have been nicer. Since I’d never been before, he walked me through the menu, pointed out the Hickory Burger as their most popular, and shared that his personal favorite is the California Burger. I went with the California because caramelized onions and fresh avocado were calling my name. Added fries and a passion unsweetened iced tea to round it out.

Ordering is quick: place it up front, grab a number, and take a seat. Even on a Saturday night, there was plenty of seating and my food came out quickly. Luke personally brought my meal over, made sure I had everything I needed, and even offered sauces. I went with ranch and chipotle mayo which were perfect for dipping my fries.

The food was great, but what stood out to me was the customer service. Luke and another team member stopped by my table mid-meal just to check in, which you don’t always see at fast-casual spots. They also have three TVs playing sports. The whole experience felt welcoming and effortless.

Great food, even better service. I’ll definitely be back.

One of the best Hamburgers if you live in southern Cali. Wish we had it in the Bay Area. If you love The Habit burger you’ll love this place. Hamburgers were amazing!

Good burger but a bit pricey for what you get

Had a great experience. Had a turkey burger with garlic aioli. Very yummy 😋 the staff very friendly an polite. Nice and clean restaurant. I will be back!

I stopped by Nook Burger in Santa Clarita in hopes to find a good Turkey Burger for lunch. I was greeted by Daniela who was amazing. I loved her smile and energy. She assured me, it was a good burger and she was absolutely correct. The burger was Delicious. I had a wonderful lunch. The service was great and everyone was very attentive. I will be back!
