If I could give a -1 Star I would horrible service this is the third time I come in at 7:30 and they claim they are closed will not be coming ever again I enjoy the food but this is the third time this happens never again 👎

Beef and Chicken combo plate regular size, food very delicious and well cooked with generous portions! Clean Ambient, plenty of seating inside and outside. Cashier Paul, great customer service, very polite and welcoming experience!

False Advertisement

Opening time is 9am posted on the Door and Online. But the Latino couple working told me they changed the store hours to 930 and basically said sorry can't help you. I waited in parking lot from 8:45am to 9am. I'm on a break at work and wasted my whole break waiting for some time that's not even apparently right. If you open at 9:30am CHANGE THE CURRENT POSTED TIME!!!!!

Not happy with this place at all. Got there at about 8:45 am (says on here they open at 8) i come from far about 35 min drive and was happy because i was picking this place to take my husband some lunch from here @9:30am anyways the door was closed off with chairs but the door was opened. I saw a guy move the chairs and table around 9:15 i waited till then got out and was about to walk in and a guy said closed not open. I asked twice what time they open and he wouldn’t answer me. I don’t know why they have one time online and you get there doors are wide open and don’t open till way later. So i drove there next day in the afternoon this time because i have been wanting this food badly and my food was crap i got one little spoon full of chicken and the rest all rice. Not i paid alot for this food i should get what i pay for.

Walked in and was immediately greeted, the food came out pretty quick and was so delicious and flavorful. I got some extra teriyaki sauce and some chili sauce. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the floors looked pretty dirty, but I did show up about an hour before they close. When I was leaving they acknowledged me and said "have a blessed day" ? I guess it's the little things for me.

Came here for the first time in years and ordered a large pineapple chicken and ordered drinks the most everyone ordered drinks out of the fridge there my daughter and I ordered fountain drinks and found the fountain machine was down the whole time noone came to tell me the what was going on with the machine and only found out in the end that it was up and working again when I asked for a refund he misunderstood me and tried to charge me again and I had to remind him we paid in the beginning in the middle of the process I see the kid on his phone just standing there, though he is just a kid and he may be forced to help the family so I'll give him a benefit of a doubt. Besides that everything else was fine and the associates were nice.

This was my first time ever eating hungry ninja. It was good. It reminds me of "Waba Grill" but you get 4x the portion for about the same price. If you like waba, I recommend.

I have only ever ordered for delivery. I really enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken. It’s a simple dish but the char on the chicken combined with the sauce and large portion make it worth it.

The food items that once were a testament to quality and flavor have undergone a noticeable decline, leaving me with a heavy heart. The chicken, once cooked with such intense heat that it achieved a perfect char, now lacks that fiery, satisfying texture. The beef, formerly tender and aromatic, no longer possesses the same enticing allure. The accompanying steamed rice and mixed vegetables, which used to complement the meats so perfectly, failed to impress as they once did.It pains me to say that the overall umami of the dish has diminished. The Hungry Ninja now stands as a shadow of its former self, a mere memory of the culinary delight it used to offer. This once-beloved combo plate did not meet my expectations, leaving me to reminisce about the vibrant flavors of the past. The disappointment was not just in the taste, but also in the loss of a cherished memory, which made the experience even more disheartening.While my visit was fueled by nostalgia, the reality did not live up to the cherished recollections.
