Love this place. Service and Sushi is top of the line. Went my wife for the first time for dinner and we were impressed with the whole experience. Two thumbs up ????.

Typically this place is decent but came here tonight and there were several issues. Won't be coming back or ordering takeout ever again. Customer service was sub par. Had to debate to be able to sub out a pork gyoza given I don't eat pork and did not want an additional miso soup given the order already comes with one. The chef accommodated me after I pushed our waitress on the matter. Second, found an ant crawling all over the plate of tempura. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a regular here.

We love Ichiban! Great sushi & great service. The lobster& crab roll, one of our favorites! Yellowtail, albacore, crunch roll, spicy tuna...all so delicious!

Hidden sushi spot in Canyon Country The food ambiance was nice and clean. Food is decent. I enjoyed the spicy edamame and bento box with teriyaki chicken (not pictured). Tried a few sushi rolls that were good!

Shout out to Juan! My family and I have not had a host like this before... he was fantastic and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to us! He brought us good laughs with his clever humor. On top of that, he made a special surprise birthday dessert for the birthday boy (my dad) and played a birthday tune in the background for him. In addition to his outstanding service, Juans playlist was so fun adding to the good mood and vibes. Juan really made my dads birthday and our first time at this restaurant an outstanding experience.Oh yeah, I should mention the food...Some of us ordered the avocado rolls and veggie rolls which were both yummy! The real sushi eaters loved their sushi, bento bowl and udon soup. The tempura ice cream that Juan surprised my dad with was the perfect cherry on top. :)

It was my first time at this Japanese joint. I have tried many Japanese restos and even had some Ramen in Tokyo, Japan in the past. However,this seafood Ramen combo entree from ichiban doesn't hit the authenticity. It lacks flavors ,taste and presentation.the noodles are somewhat overcooked but it's ok. The california roll was decent but not as good as what I had elsewhere. It is what it is. Didn't complain so my fam can have a stress-free dining experience. Customer service was the best tho.

Terrible customer service. Came in on a weekend and from beginning to end it was a disaster of a meal. First when I came in a was greeted with a piece of paper that said wait list. So I assumed it was to write your name as you came in. So I write my name and then absolute silence from the staff for 15 mnts. At least five different staff members walked by and no one said we will be right with you or hello welcome, I got nothing. More people started to arrive and now the entire lobby is full and no one has even acknowledged the big wait that has now been created by poor staffing. There was no manager in sight and the workers would go out of their way to not look in our direction. They instead decided to ignore the lobby full of people. Finally when the line was out the door a young man came by to say did you all write your names down. I felt like he was my kindergarten teacher. Yes we all yelled we put our names down. They call my name after about 25 mnts and we get seated and the person just walks away. He walked away so fast I saw dust pick up from the floor. After looking over the 50 page menu, jk. A man comes to met me know to write down my sushi order on a piece of paper so I do. I order a bento box and a few different rolls. I was so excited to finally eat. A different person come by and asks for our drink order and that comes pretty quick. Then after about 35 mnts I get my bento box and it was a different person who brought my food so I told that person I had not received my rolls yet. He said he would go check. Another 30 mnts go by and a different person asks if I my meal was going ok and I said I was waiting in my rolls a d he said I will go check. By now I already finished my hot food bento box and still no rolls. After 20 mnts I finally get my rolls and by now I am so upset that I am no longer hungry which makes me even more upset. It was utter chaos from the minute you step into this place. You have e no designated server to know who to ask questions to, no refills were ever given even seeing our cups empty. Utter disappointment. There is no one to great you at all and the food was underwhelming and be lucky if you even get your food. Worst experience I have had in a super long time. There needs to be a manager on site on the weekends and if there was a manager when I was there then that needs to be reevaluated quickly. Oh but you know what you will get at this location, you will get some 2000's hip hop music blasting in the background as your ambience music. The music was good for a club/bar but not a family restaurant that had little guys running around.

This is one of our go to places. It stays open later than most, and it's a larger restaurant so the wait usually is quick. The servers and managers are courteous and friendly to us because we come there so often. The food is good and mostly consistent. The servers will be honest with you if you are torn on what to order. Sometimes if it's really full in the restaurant/patio they will let you know it's going to take longer to get rolls cause the kitchen backs up. We love the staff there. And the food. The patio is a great spot pumping out great jams just be mindful of the bugs but it's a wonderful ambiance.
