Average IHOP. Food was warm and tasty. Coffee was hot and plentiful. Went in during a week day morning and only had one server and no hostess. With the few people there the poor waiter was running himself ragged. He did his best but 3 starts for service is in the management not the poor server he was doing his best!

I love their strawberry filling French toast. But there getting a title sloppy with their pancakes. They used to be so fluffy and yummy, but since a few years they are getting worst. Slso, hope they improve their to go service, something from the order is always incomplete and/or missing. Wish I could do 2.5 stars, it would be the perfect scoring.

Antony runs this place like a boss! His good energy and small talk is filled with kindness and warmth. We enjoy visiting IHOP for Veteran’s Day as well as for random breakfast dates - breakfast is out fast, yummy, filling!
