Honestly, I usually have a really good experience here, but today was not good. I ordered five drinks, and when they hand them to me, I realize one is the wrong size. No big deal, they fix it for me. I drive home, and when I look at the rest and two are wrong, there is NO boba, like I ordered. I tried to call their phone number four times, but they don’t answer and there is no voice mail set up! So I drove back with the two incorrect drinks, and told the worker who took my order they were wrong, tall guy with short bleach blond hair. He said they would fix them, and they did, but was kind of rude and didn’t even call that they were ready like they always do, like I was inconveniencing them when it was their mistake that had to be fixed. I called their phone number again when I was in the store and it didn’t even ring. He totally ignored me when I grabbed the drinks, and even when I said thank you for fixing them! They make a lot of mistakes at this location, but they are not usually rude like this guy was today. So order from a different person when you come here!

Loved the strawberry yogurt smoothie. The only thing is that the boba was plain : (. At other places the boba tastes sweet but here it's totally plain and bland. But like I said the smoothie itself was soooo good.

I go daily to get my BoBa drink. I order a regular drink and ask if they can put in a large cup for extra ice. They say NO, that I have to pay for a large drink. I'm only asking for extra ice because I like my drink really cold. Im not asking for more of the liquid. Why can't they do it..

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I guess it was my fault. Instead of ordering the Shaved Ice in the first place. I kindly asked first. I asked if they had it. Then, the cashier went to ask another employee if it was available. This employee, said yes but then looked around with lazy smirk and said "no"... Not convincing at all! Then, I said "that's what I came here for".... Then the cashier said they did not have fruit. Wish, seemed unlikely. I said, thank you and left. Went to another Boba Time 15 minutes farther and got my Shaved Ice.It's okay is they truly don't have something. Whatever.... But, it was the attitude for me! They did not want to make it. I will not support a business that would advertise something but have lazy employees refusing a sale.I did learn a great lesson. Never ask if they have something...just order it!
