Just got some excellent (1am) service from Alexis at the drive through. He patiently answered my questions and explained the differences between a few menu items.

Young male worker on Monday Sept. 22 @ 6:30pm was absolutely terrible. Got the size of my order wrong and forgot multiple items and straws. After driving back to get the forgotten food, upon returning home it was again the wrong order (hot honey was ordered, original was given), and the strips and a chicken sandwich were stale. Extremely disappointing and a waste of gas and money.

I tried to walk in the front entrance and it was closed. The drive-thru was open, So I thought I would be able to simply walk around through the drive-through window. There was this very rude woman who told me that I was not able to walk around unless I was in a car. I tried to explain to her that I had a new electric car that was invisible and I was actually driving it. She threatened to call the police. So obviously I pulled up to the window and placed my orders for jalapeno poppers and waffle sticks. She slammed the window on me and it hurt my feelings. I would not recommend this place to anyone if it is after midnight and you don't have a car.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I know I’m expecting to get my fast food place and the answer that is food literally took me 35 minutes to go through the drive-through. And I was stuck couldn’t get a line. Don’t come here if you need to eat in a hurry.

I like the food the service sometimes it's controversial most times it's pleasant but customer service needs improvement (for I am big on customer service) I figured if you aren't treating me like I'm contributing to you working here then you fail to see the connection and logic is not your reality or is somehow twisted
