So I went in an order a quick breakfast to go..Got my food went to the car and opened my sandwich to make sure they made it right..and they did..except..they added a little extra something on it..There was a sticker attached on the cheese...If I didn't flip the sandwich over, I possibly could have ate it..Luckily that didn't happen..So I took it back inside and showed the manager. He was in shock, just like I was, he showed to the cook, I couldn't hear everything that the cook said, but I did hear him say...That he doesn't know how that happened and he made a lot of if them today. All I could do was laugh.. But the manager was nice..He replaced it and gave me a dessert..That is nice and all..Just wanted to make people aware, check your food, before taking a bite..

Terrible service today. Waited 14 minutes this morning with only 3 orders ahead. When we got to the window, we were ignored while staff bagged and took other orders. We only had drinks and could see that they had not been started. No more. Worst ever. Not going back.

Our food was given to someone else. The cashier wasn't even apologetic. We had to speak with the manager to get it resolved. She was very nice and quick about it but we already upset. 4 stars but with this cashier I would've given it a 3.

Stopped here to get some food before heading to theme park. This place has no cashier to take your order. Apparently, they got rid of that position. You have to do your own order on a kiosk. This took some time and was difficult to order your specialty items . My husbands breakfast sandwich cheese wasn't even melted. The dining area was not that clean, looks like its not maintained very well, at all.. Had to ask to get out tables cleaned before we could sit down to eat( this was breakfast time about 9:30). This was our first time eating at this Jack and the box and our last time.

This location served us moldy food! This is unacceptable! I'm very disappointed! I was eating my sandwich when I tasted something awful! I spit it out & found mold on the bottom of my sandwich! I hope I don't get food poison from this! I reached out to the restaurant soon after & the manger did refund me back. However, this doesn't cover the potential risk that this can cause to my health! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Had an amazing experience last night you know sometimes you leave the drive-through they forget an item and usually you realize it once you get home well last night it almost happened but Cesar was quick to catch us before we drove off. Thanks Jack. Awesome employee.

First time in 4 years I have seen condiments readily available. Loaded up on the iconic Hot Sauce.
