Our food was given to someone else. The cashier wasn't even apologetic. We had to speak with the manager to get it resolved. She was very nice and quick about it but we already upset. 4 stars but with this cashier I would've given it a 3.
Stopped here to get some food before heading to theme park. This place has no cashier to take your order. Apparently, they got rid of that position. You have to do your own order on a kiosk. This took some time and was difficult to order your specialty items . My husbands breakfast sandwich cheese wasn't even melted. Had an amazing experience last night you know sometimes you leave the drive-through they forget an item and usually you realize it once you get home well last night it almost happened but Cesar was quick to catch us before we drove off. Thanks Jack. Awesome employee.
