Came in with my kids. Note it's been a while since I've come into a jack in the box but I do recall how fresh food looks like and let's just say I ordered the Jack's spicy chicken sandwich (my go to) and it was old, dark and super salty. I just told myself why I even complained to the staff as I don't think I'm ever coming back here anytime soon.

Very rude employee. Their customer service is craving some training. Just because I asked for my drink cup she said I was being rude. Young girl even rolled her eyes and made a face. As a parent that’s not allowed at my house specially not in a business. Talked to the “manager” very low interest on the situation she is also in need of some training.
