Nothing was hot. Everything was just warm. I asked for fresh fries and she said they had just come up. I said really cause they are just barley warm. Wouldn't go back.

Very rude employee. Their customer service is craving some training. Just because I asked for my drink cup she said I was being rude. Young girl even rolled her eyes and made a face. As a parent that’s not allowed at my house specially not in a business. Talked to the “manager” very low interest on the situation she is also in need of some training.

Jack in the Box is serviceable fast food. The grilled chicken wrap is pretty decent, and they have the best meat paste tacos ever! Wish they were still 2 for $1 tho.

I tend to go here after I hit the gym so 12:30-1am. There’s usually the same woman working and she’s great. Even that late at night she is upbeat and friendly. I usually get chicken sandwiches and some tacos. I like that they don’t charge for each ranch like other places do. I gobble it up in the parking lot and leave happy every time.
