Walked in and order 2 meat lovers burritos. When I walked in saw one sitting in the window a old burrito for how long who knows then ordered my 2 at the counter. Manager whos name started with a Y badge said store manager so the cook makes one puts it in the window then the manager grabs the old one that was made before I even came through the door bags it and puts the one .made on top and hands it to me. So I pull the one on the bottom out hand it back to her and said I'm not taking something that's been sitting there before I came in she got pissed off took my bag and slammed them in the trash really the manager. Maybe don't screw people who are standing in front of you the whole time that's probably done in the drive thru but I'm standing right here and her attitude sucks because she got caught. Find a better honest manager that doesn't act like that. I'm sure there is plenty of people that could use the job.

Ordered an Ultimate cheeseburger and they gave me this?..... How friggin hard is it to look at a piece of paper and put what it says on paper into a bag? And all I hear is how you all should be making 22 bucks an hour....... Give me a break

When customer service is at a low right now, this Jack in The Box customer service is knocking out of the park. We go there after my mom gets out of dialysis on Friday's this seems to be her best day. Today we had Sam and Evelyn helping us and they get 100 stars. Thank you fo them for such great customer service!!!!!!!!!

We come here often, some of the workers are nice but there is one girl named bri here that is really rude, it’s clear she Doesn’t like her job. You gan be quick and nice but shes very quick with an attitude. At the end of the day this is customer service, if you want people coming back, make a good impression! We will not be returning to this location.

Went thru the drive thru at night, they forgot big ticket items when we were the only ones in the drive thru. No one in front and no one behind. Called to let them know and they refused to refund us. Would not go back to this location again.

went to the drive thru earlier today, ordered 4 tacos and they were missing and gave the wrong drink. I called in the store and the manager was very rude and unprofessional i wouldn't go here. The manager herself gave me the order and said everything was there when she was wrong. She didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience.

Ordered through uber eats, burgers were awful. All I tasted was the ketchup. We ordered 2 burgers and fries and not a single dipping sauce came with the order. Although fries were great. That’s why the 2 stars.

Previously came here to order food through drive thru. They got my order wrong, after calling multiple times with no answer. I finally got through to someone. They ask for my name I said I could pick it up next time. Came back today and told them about the incident. They claimed to have no report of this happened. I even placed a complaint through the jack in the box app and no one got back to me. After she said she didn’t have a report she said she didn’t have curly fries only regular. Then she proceeded to have me wait in a parking spot. Honestly whoever the manager is now. They aren’t doing a good job. I highly suggest an area supervisor go out to this location and see what going on.
