I went thru drive thru and he had a little trouble hearing me. ButIt all worked out and everyone had a sense of humor. Food was to be expected and I like to use my coupons or get the special offer they have at the time of my visit. This is a good Jack n The Box.

This Jack is the best in Santa Clarita, everytime I go the food is on point, hot and delicious. Bonus when the night shift leader (Latino young man) is there. It's always great experience. My go to?

DoorDashed a jr bacon cheeseburger and the loaded tacos. The prep was quick maybe like 25ish minute delivery (shoutout to the driver). But jeez the loaded tacos were barely edible. Soggy as hell and overall terribly prepared. Same thing with the cheeseburger. Ended up eating everything and forgot to take a pic tho which I definitely should've done looking back on it

Someone inside this facility did not cross check and do their due diligence.The order that was handed to me was clearly for a different customer.Errors do occur, but when your lunch is 30 minutes long and check until you're at the office, was a mistake on my end.To top it off... their phone number doesn't work.

2:15 am 08/20/23 Big boy hates his job so much he should find another job. Never gets order right and serves the food very greasy. Always rushes to finish order even though there's no one waiting behind. Go to carls Jr instead.
