They are the most RUDE employees I’ve ever had, bad attire bad service iive ever seen on the way they treat their customers!!! I’ve been going there off and on for many many years and it hasn’t changed Today I went in and put in my order and they got wrong so I was trying to explain to her I never ordered two ice teas. I ordered two large iced coffee so she charged me for two ice teas and I asked her to give me a refund and she started talking in Spanish, which I didn’t understand saying mean stuff because I do understand some Spanish, and I told her that I was just gonna report her to corporate. So I asked her if I can have some hot sauce she said go get it over there I said there’s none left just a couple I need more and they made me wait at least two or three minutes and then she finally gave it to me and I threw it on the counterand I told her I was gonna report her. Her name was Angie that was around 12:30 PM. 12/07/3024 I was so upset I said I will never come back here. You were very rude. She said just go go go, and a friend of mine came in and gave me a hug that I haven’t seen for a long time he goes what’s wrong I said these people are very rude and they’ve always treated me this way!!! I will never ever go back to the Jack-in-the-box On Soledad and canyon country, That was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had and this is not the first time so you need to talk to that woman and the other woman that there and let them know what they did. It was very wrong and I’m very upset.

I ordered trough Uber eats by double mistake, I immediately canceled my order and tried to call Jack in the box and it turns out that the phone number they have registered is not valid , you should correct that, I went to claim a credit form the store and the manager told me that (I couldn’t do anything, the Uber app paid you and I never got the food and I lost 45 dollars, I love jack in the box but I will never order there again .

$30.56 for 2 combos. They get one wrong I come all the way back . No apology, I have the food, they ask for the receipt like I found this on the floor. Very rude.
