Natalie gave some of the best customer service today. All the staff here is awesome. They always make sure everything is to your liking and I believe they want all their customers to leave happy. I always come here every chance I get. The product is good and the staff is great...and the owner should feel very fortunate to have a team that cares and they go above and beyond to keep this Jamba Juice a place where people want to return.... Regulars are the back bone to these type of stores.

Placed an online order which I highly regret as I was passing thru the area! Spent 30$ and everything was disgusting! Dead bug was on top of smoothie cup drinks was horribly made didn’t taste Nuthn lk wat I ordered! As bad I I love me sm Jamba Juice this has made me not want ever again lk how everything I ordered was disgusting smh every one complained even kids ordered a bowl and everything was in side as if I was suppose make it myself which beats the point of ordering it!! Didn’t even pleasing to eat

5 star service I came in after work 6:22 pm I placed my order by the time I was finished putting my change in my wallet he says to me that my smoothie is done awesome teamwork to get me out and going on my way on a Friday night thanks so much. Both team members acknowledged me which impressed me and made me feel that they valued me and my time.

Slowest Jamba ever. I walked in and was the only customer. The staff was talking and a guy was cleaning out the freezers, he acknowledged me at the cash wrap and then continued to clean. Finally the guy de icing the freezer came over and took my order. I then went and waited at the pick up while he went back to de icing and the girls (3 of them) talked amongst themselves. Finally one girl made a drink but it was for an off clock coworker that just walked in! When the coworker asked for an additional drink the girl said "I have to make her drink first" then walked around asking everyone else where things were because she could not find them. I seriously wasted 25 min of my break waiting for them to get their s*** together. I won't be coming back. Brownie points to the guy that was cleaning the freezers. The ONLY person actually doing his job.

Yesenia is the most sweetest, patient and is always so helpful in helping me choose the best smoothie gives her honest opinion. Every time I go my smoothie comes out so good. I stay sending my friends there and telling them to ask for Yesenia I’m telling you the way she makes the smoothies they just hit different!

Staff is argumentative and rude . There was a misunderstanding when ordering and I got charged for an extra drink which I did not want. I asked for a refund just for that drink and was told it would take 4 days because only the general manager could do it and I have to come back in . One of the workers then called the GM and said she would call me immediately , which also didn't happen. All in all a bad customer experience.

This is the second time I go in order a parfait bowl and ask for a yogurt base and am given the coconut cream base not to mention that the amount being put in is a ridiculously small amount. I would understand of they told me there wasn't any yogurt which I'm sure is not the case. And don't even get me started on the workers being so rude and not saying anything back when asked something or for something. Especially that yound man with glasses. Won't be going back to this location anymore.

100% of the time, they close early. Listed hours in window, on website, and on maps is 9pm. They always close 20 minutes before. Look right out the window at you. Never had another Jamba do this.

The best Jamba Juice in SoCal. I just ordered the Apple n Greens smoothie and the Island Patia or however you spell it. But s*** was good. I'm feeling like a beast!

Protein smoothies are terrible!!! No flavor whatsoever, too thick to even drink. Waste of $8 had to go home and remake the drink myself

I was so happy when they finally opened a Jamba Juice here in Canyon Country several years ago. Have become increasingly frustrated with this location when it comes to ordering ahead using the Jamba app. It seems there's a problem every time I try to save time and order ahead. They either make your smoothie with key ingredients missing or wait until you show up and wait while the Jamba Team works through the line of people to then tell you they couldn't make your smoothie the way it's usually prepared. It also seems impossible to be refunded for 1 drink charged on the app when the smoothie couldn't be made properly due to missing ingredients. . They don't seem to have a way to credit the smoothie back to the card when something goes wrong. Other times when showing up at the designated time decided by the app, they haven't even started making the smoothie. Today I again arrive at the designated time and again my smoothie isn't there... "someone must have taken it. The team made my smoothie while I again waited. At other locations I have seen small countertop pass-through coolers where smoothies awaiting customer pickup are stored. Recommend the ownership invest in one of those as other Jambas already have. The reason I give 2 stars is because over the years the employees have been fast and friendly. The smoothies are typically very good. It just seems the place is a bit disorganized with not much value placed on a customer 's time.
